I sat in the back yard on a blanket under the apple tree that Viktor gifted us when we moved into our own house. I smile as I think how the last two years have gone by, two years today since that horrible accident that took Charlie. I lay back against the tree, relaxing as I reminisce.

After the funeral for Charlie I was starting to get back to normal. I kept good on my promise and called Macie and George all the time. I have gone to school and took my business admin as Vincent and I opened up our own bakery. While we worked together all the time the sparks started to fly, I was still hung up on Charlie, but he had patience and helped me get through it. We are going to be celebrating one year together tonight, I am just waiting for Sophie and Evelina to show up to help me get ready.

I have become close to everyone in the Ricco family, all of Vincent's sisters love me and told me I am perfect for Vincent. As I sit I hear a commotion from the kitchen telling me the girls are here. So I get up and head back inside, I am greeted by Evelina and Sophie setting up their stuff on the kitchen table and my cupboard.

Evelina is setting up on the cupboard to do my hair, she has the straightner heating up, multiple bottles of stuff for my hair, pins, clips and other stuff to do my hair.

Mean while Sophie has many different kinds of makeups, cover ups, shiny things, sticks, brushes and sprays set up on the table. They set up a chair in the middle so they can both work on me at the same time, with a heavy sigh I trudge forward.

"Oh shit you guys are setting up the torture chamber again." I fake complain at them as I close the patio door. The girls laugh at me as Evelina pulls me into a hug and then directs me to the chair.

"Now now, we make you beautiful and you know it." Sophie grins as she rubs some kind of cream between her hands, ready to start already.

"Yes I agree, shush and let us work." with that Evelina pulled my hair back and they both started their work. An hour later they both finished satisfied with their work, instead of cleaning up they both turned towards me with grins on their faces.

"So you don't know this, but there has been a change in your clothes. There is a dress upstairs on your bed with shoes and accessories that you need to wear, Vincent's orders." Sophie tells me with a grin on her face.

"What? Why? Where are we going?" I ask confused, feeling butterflies at the fact that he bought me a dress. The girls ignore me and take me upstairs to the bedroom and sure enough there is a garment bag with a box from a jewelry store, box of shoes, and a paper bag with something inside as well. I open the jewelry store bag first and there is a matching earring, bracelet and necklace set, and a second box with a ring and a letter. I open the letter and read it out loud.

Naomie,

Please accept the gifts provided, tonight is a special night for us and I wanted to celebrate properly. Thank  you for giving me a chance to be yours, I hope you don't regret saying yes. Tonight I want to thank you properly by making some of your dreams come true. See you soon beautiful.

Always yours, Vincent <3

My heart fluttered, the butterflies in my stomach took off and the girls gushed out how romantic he is. They helped me get dressed, finished any touchups and I was ready with a couple minutes to spare. The doorbell rang and I took a deep breath as I stood in the kitchen waiting for the girls to answer the door. Sophie calls my name and I make my way into the entry way, his eyes meet mine and he has to do a double take.

"Woah." is all he can say as he looks me up and down. My long hair is done in a Viking style braid, my makeup is natural and shimmery, my lips are a nude natural shade while the teal dress I am wearing hugs my figure perfectly, the color making my eyes pop.
