Draken looked at you as you sprawled on the floor, facing up and looking at the ceiling.

"Why the heck are you laying down on the floor (Y/N)?" he asked, towering beside you.

He covered most of the light in the room as you met his gaze, frowning.

"I'm laying down on the floor... Cause I'm not the one you're looking for."

You grinned after that little pick-up line, the male only looking at you with an unamused expression. You sighed as you looked away from him, finding another interesting spot in the ceiling for you to look at.

You heard him huff as he crouched down beside you, poking your cheek in an attempt to get your attention.

"Mikey got worried when you didn't show up for the meeting yesterday..." he stated as he sat beside you, looking to where your gaze landed on.

He wondered why you didn't show up when normally, you'd be the first one to go to the shrine and greet everybody.

"I was just too tired yesterday." you replied as he nodded, glancing at you for a brief second.

"I figured as much... You looked like you didn't even get to sleep properly too. What time do you go back home these days?" he asked, not sounding like he's interested at all.

Well, that's just how he is.

"About one to two in the evening. Why?" you answered, sitting up and walking to get yourself something to drink.

"Why so late?"

He followed you to your kitchen as he noticed some pieces of paper on random locations.

"School activities and all that boring shit. Final's coming next week, and thankfully the library is open during late hours, so yeah." you explained while waving your hands around, Draken nodding as you spoke.

He remembered how Mikey didn't even look like he got anything to worry about. But then again, it was Mikey and he's kind of complicated.

"How was school?" he asked again, trying to make some small talk.

He wanted to know if you're still doing fine and if you're not, then it wasn't a bad idea to help you out.

"Still standing on its foundation..." you sarcastically answered.

He internally facepalmed, sighing at the fact that you don't seem like you wanted to talk. So instead, he just stayed silent.

You looked at him as you walked to the door, him standing there already while looking out of the window.

"Why are you here anyway?" you asked as you opened the door, him holding it for you before going out himself.

He didn't answer as he also didn't know what he was there, or why it seemed like he was worried about you.

"Where are you going?" he asked as he saw you locking your door, waving the keys around before stuffing them in your pocket.
