From the starting till now. Millions of civilisations flourished and ended without a trace.
Some being swallowed by a star, some being sucked into a black hole, some dying due to mismanagement of resources on their planet. At least 1 civilisation flourished withing every 1 billion year.
To think only pokemon and humans existed in this infinite universe would be a joke. A big joke.
There existed a civilisation at least 50 million light years away from earth who watched over them.
Millions time more smarter, stronger, advanced. They knew how to control power of stars and travel faster than light.
They were the exogíino race which spread over 2 galaxies in the virgo cluster.
Arceus created them at least 2 billion years ago. They were combination of humans and pokemons. Brain like humans and strength that of a pokemon.
Being a semi human they longed for power.
The dark energy crystal was one of the source of infinite energy. They could sense the energy from light years away.
The dark crystal was a black hole who collapsed into a very small source of infinite energy and Arceus along with creation trio decided to hide it on earth.
They wanted to own it. The supreme mind of the exogíino race declared a mission to bring this crystal to them.
The race decided to invade earth within next few hundred years.
Protecting Earth from them would be the destiny of Ash's successor.
Becoming a pokemon master was his story. Protecting the world will be his future bloodlines story.
