"Delia, you need to understand we have to do this." Red said for what felt like 100th time that day before Delia placed a cup of tea in front of him.

"No matter what you say Red, I can't do this to Ash." Delia said as she forcefully placed the cup in front of Red who flinched at the tone of the voice.

"Please understand Delia. I don't want him to suffer too but it is important." He explained again.

"He will definitely never forgive you, you know." She sighed and sat next to Red.

"He already hates me. No hurt if he hate me more." He said in a dejected voice.

"He will hate me too." She started. "I was his only family when you left you know." She said in a soft voice.

"Do you want him to forget about everything like I did. Forget about you, me, his pokemon, Leaf and everything else huh?" Red asked as Delia's eyes widened in fear.

"No I don't want that. I don't want anyone to go through what I have been through." She said in a low voice.

"Thats why I need your help. We need to find the cure of the curse and only you know about the history of aura in your family." Red explained.

"The remedy will take at least 2 years before we find it. He will be alone, just like before." She said with her voice cracking.

"I know he will hate us but if it means we will find a cure to the curse and it will not affect the future generation then I am fine with him hating me, besides I wasn't an ideal father to him at first place." He said.

".... It can't be helped then. When are we leaving." She said and stood up with a distant look in her eyes.

"Whenever you are fine with it." Red said as he embraced the woman.

"Then tomorrow. I wonder if he will be able to take care of himself all alone." She slightly muttered.

"He is grown up kid now Delia. I am sure he will be fine." Red muttered.

"Why am I in our aura domain?" Ash asked as he opened his eyes to witness sir Aaron standing I front of him with a worried expression.

"Damn. He hitted you hard. You flew like 5 metres away." Sir Aaron said as he floated toward Ash.

"Where's professor Burnet and Kukui." Ash asked the guardian.

"Looks like professor Kukui wasn't of any use to them. He is laying next to you on hospital bed and about burnet ...." He said and tried to think something as Ash watched him expectantly.

"I don't exactly know but she is in Kalos for all I know." He said slightly sadly.

"Kalos is a damn big region." Ash said and clenched his hands.

"Why were they after her?" Ash asked the guardian.

"Like hell I know. All I could read in their mind before you slipped into unconsciousness was something related to Zygarde." He told Ash.

"I will find and kill every single one of them." Ash said while glaring a hole into nothingness.

"Only if I had been a little more quick. I would have saved her." He muttered dejectedly as Sir Aaron placed his hands on his shoulder.

"You will find her. She is alive. Her aura signature is still there." He said as Ash just released a tired sigh.

"Arceus sure love to mess with my life pathetically." He said with enough venom to kill at least 100 poison type pokemon.
