going to keep track of food/cals again.
***btw I round everything to either something 50 or to the next hundred. that makes no sense but I mean if something is like 120 cals, I'll round to 150 and if something is like 278 I'll round to 300. ***

so far I've had 1/4 watermelon (350) 😂😂 yes I love watermelon lol, and a cup of orange juice (150).
lunch was frosted flakes and milk- 500 kmn jesus christ I have no control.

thinking about doing a diet where I just eat lettuce this week. I'm getting a treadmill real soon and I can't wait I need to get back into shape.
