A few weeks passed since they had the voting. Graduation was around the corner and Bella was still being Bella. Especially when she discovered that Gabby and Edward completed the mating bond. So instead of letting Gabby stay at home, Charlie decided to let Gabby stay with Edward.
When Gabby woke up the next morning, she felt sick. She ran to the bathroom as Edward came back. "Gabby?"
"In here." She said as she threw up again.
Edward walked in and grabbed her hair. Rosalie walked in with water. "Here."
Gabby took the water and drank it just to throw it back up. Edward looked at his sister knowing something is not right with his mate. "What the?"
"Baby?"
"Edward, something just moved." She said as she looked at him.
Edward's eyes went big as he listened. He heard a strange heartbeat and looked at Gabby. "You're pregnant."
Gabby stared in shock. Today was her seventeenth birthday and now the unthinkable. Edward caught Gabby as she passed out. "Go get Carlisle."

Edward stared with a smile as he looked at the ultrasound of his baby. She looked to be farther along. Hearing a groan, they looked at Gabby. "What happened?"
"We discovered the impossible, baby." He said as she looked at the ultrasound to see that she was indeed pregnant.
"I can't believe it." Gabby said with tears. "I'm actually having a baby. Something I never thought would happen to me."
Edward smiled as he hugged her. Carlisle walked out of the room to give them some time alone. Gabby looked at Edward as the two shared a kiss. "I love you." They said together as the looked back at the picture on the screen.
"Happy birthday, Gabby."
