Twenty years later, Bella is now in her thirties. She hasn't had a visitor since she tried to kill Gabby. She was upset when she discovered that her sister got everything she ever wanted. "Isabella?"
"It's Bella."
"You have a visitor. She came with her husband and family."
Bella was confused till she saw her sister still at the age of 17. "Hi, Bella." Gabby says. "I want you to meet our children."
Bella screamed causing Edward to pull Gabby to his side. Gabby held onto her husband as the doctors came running in. "I'm sorry."
"Baby, it's not your fault." Edward says. "She's sick and there's nothing we can do about it."
"I was hoping she wouldn't be like this, but I guess I was wrong."
"Mom, let's go." Isiah tells her. "We need to get Izzy to her appointment."
"Goodbye, Bella."
