The seven were sitting with their friends at lunch, talking about nothing in particular when Percy jumped out of his seat and cleared his throat, Annabeth and Grover looked up, looked at each other, smirked and stood up as well. By now the whole dining pavilion was quiet, everyone was confused about what the trio was doing. The seven were about to ask what they were doing, when Percy spoke "Guys, we just exploded a bus!?" "Yep" Annabeth replied smirking, "That was being attacked by demon triplet math teachers", What! Everyone was very confused. "Exploded a bus!?," "Attacked!?," and "Demon triplet math teachers!?" was heard throughout the dining pavilion.

Annabeth continued like she didn't hear anything "Oh yeah" "Is the whole trip going to be like this" Percy whined with a hint of fear "I hope so" Annabeth says with excitedly, then out of nowhere music started playing, and Annabeth started singing "Hades is sending his monsters after us we're doing something right", Grover joined in "All our food was in there all our clothes were in there all our food was in there!" everyone laughed because everyone knew how mush Grover loved his food "Sit tight" Percy song, Annabeth nods and continues "Look, I made an itinerary for any adversary drown from the quests of hero's past it's right here in my pocket" Percy looks confused "Where in your pocket?", Annabeth pats her pockets "Oops, it got busted in the blast" "What did it say?" asked Percy "Take that bus to Los Angeles" Percy looks around "We're not on the bus" Annabeth sighs and stops singing "I know", and Grover pipes up still singing "To Los Angeles" "We blow up the bus" Percy exclaims waving his arms around, all the younger campers started giggling, Annabeth sighs again "I know" again Grover piped up "To Los Angeles", Percy looked at Annabeth.

"So what are we supposed to do?" "Wait for another bus?" Annabeth said shrugging her shoulders, "What if we blow up that one two?" sang Percy, "Way to be optimistic Percy" Conner yelled, everyone laughed, then singing all together they continued "Where lost in the woods somewhere in New Jersey and we're never going to make it to LA, we're lost..." Annabeth continued "And it's cold..." "And it won't stop raining" Grover sang "Let's just go" said Percy "NO, not that way" Grover song somewhat scared, a camper yelled "Hey Grover didn't know you could sing" Grover just smiled "No back up plan" everyone gasped, Annabeth didn't have a plan? What has the world come to. Grover continued "No food" someone snorted, "No phone" then all together they sung "No adult supervision. We're lost in the woods, and we'll never leave New Jersey if none of us are making a decision"

Grover continued on his own "It's not safe to stay out here in the open when monsters are hoping to eat us alive" Percy looked confused, but you could see the amusement in his eyes "How do they know where we are when we don't even know? How are we going to survive?" "It's your smell," said, sounding done with everything "I don't smell!" Percy exclaimed "Percy" everyone exclaims laughing. Grover looked like he was trying not to laugh "Dude, like listen please Half-Bloods to monster Mickey D's" Percy looked super confused "We smell?" everyone just laughs harder, Grover nods "Like Tacos or take-out Vietnamese" "So hopefully they just ate" Annabeth says nervously, Percy sighs heavily "Fantastic gang, well I don't wanna die in the garden state!" "Hey, what's wrong with New Jersey?" a Demeter kid yelled, Percy just laughed and shrugged his shoulders.

They all continued tougher and kept singing "We're lost in the woods somewhere in New Jersey and we're never gonna make it to LA! We're lost and it's dark and I think that something's moving! And it's coming this way!" "Is it a monster?" Annabeth whispered, Grover gasped "It's a squirrel" and a squirrel ran up and jumped into his hands and Grover started making squirrel noises with the squirrel "Dude, are you talking to a squirrel?" Grover looked up at Percy "Satyr powers. Be nice, this squirrel knows every corner of the woods. Maybe he can help." Percy looks down at the squirrel then back up at Grover "Really? Cause I think that seems kind of.... nuts" Grover gasps loudly "PUN'S!" a camper yells. Everyone starts laughing again "You hurt his feelings, tell the squirrel you're sorry" demanded Grover "I'm not saying sorry to a squirrel," Percy says, Annabeth gives Percy a stern look "He's very sorry, tell the squirrel you're sorry, Percy" Percy pouted "Okay, okay I am sorry" the squirrel glared at Percy once more, then turned back to Grover and started to talk to him again, "What's he saying," Percy asked Grover excitedly, "He says..." then Grover starts to sing "We're lost in the woods somewhere in New Jersey and we're never gonna make it to LA" he sets the squirrel back on the ground "Thanks buddy!" he calls waving as the squirrel runs back to the forest.

Thunder booms and the camper all jump in their seats, Percy looks up "I think the gods are trying to tell me they hate me" Annabeth also looks up "I'm getting that too" the music slows down and becomes slightly depressing, "Hungry monsters on the ground" Percy sang looking around with fear in his eyes, "Angry Gods are in the sky" Annabeth sings looking up at the sky "No safe places to be found" Grover sings sadly, "Wanna run, wanna cry " they sung together "Can't go back to any home" Percy sings "Camp is way too far away" Annabeth sighs "Can't protect my only friends" Grover sings looking at Percy and Annabeth sadly, "No place to go. No place to stay. We're lost in the world and the world is freaking awful and we're never gonna make it to LA. Who put the fate of the world in the hand of three unprepared scared Half-Bloods? It's crazy!"

Dionysus looks down sadly, knowing that what he and the other Gods did was highly unfair, to place so much on the shoulders of their children and expect them to be fine.  Annabeth looks at Percy "So pick a direction" "It's your quest" Grover agrees "A direction?" Percy asks "We trust you" Annabeth replies "A direction" Grover says, "A direction?" Percy asks again "A direction! Whatever you decide" Annabeth says "Whatever I decide," Percy says looking like he was trying to decide what direction to go "Whatever, dude decide," Grover says, Percy looks around once more and pointed "There! I have a good feeling about there," he says well pointing to the darkest part of the woods, the part where all the counselors tell the younger campers to stay away from. "Children come inside," said a creepy voice.

Percy, Annabeth, and Grover all sat back down and continued eating like nothing happened. Everyone was silent for a couple seconds, then they all stood up and started clapping, Percy bowed in his seat "Thank you, thank you" he says smiling slightly, after everyone stopped clapping the sat down and continued eating lunch.
