Names- Amaruq, Fluffy, and Fang. They were first three twins named Amaruq, Fluffy, and Fang. A young boy named Basil granted the names Fluffy and Fang due to their personalities, while a boy named Gander named Amaruq due to its meaning: wolf.

Okay. So, I'm thinking a three headed dog, one head is nice, presumably Fluffy, one head is mean/vicious (not necessarily in a bad way), and the third smart/intelligent and playful. It's nice to have a not so common name, although new readers would not know it's meaning.

Nickname- Amaruq. Amaruq is the center head.

Nickname is the center head, makes sense

Gender/Sexuality- All male, and Amaruq's sexuality does not matter.

Most OCs are female, so it's good to branch out. I'm wondering why it doesn't matter. I get that their all one gender. With three headed dogs they usually only have four legs and... you get what I mean

Age- Unknown, but Amaruq, Fluffy, and Fang were found as puppies and raised until adulthood.

Since this is a "made-up" fandom, their age ranges are probably very different. But I wonder how long they could live, and do they get any defining characteristics once they are a certain age (eg. gray hair, longer horns, etc)?

Family- Unknown, but most likely dead.

I'm wondering: Why or how did they die? When did they die? How did they survive since they were just puppies?

Appearance- Amaruq, Fluffy, and Fang, as separate entities, were all doberman pinschers. They have a normal sized tail and their ears are floppy. However, after they died and Basil sewed Fluffy and Fang's heads onto Amaruq's neck, he gave them all buttoned eyes.

Good! Could have more detail, as some people who don't know what dobermans look like would have to look it up, but it's descriptive enough. Buttoned eyes! Geez, this is starting to sound like Coraline. How did they die? Is this important? How did Basil revive them? Were the dogs separate before, but he just sewed their heads together? Why did he do that?

Personality- When being possessed by Gander's spirit, Amaruq can speak English. Amaruq is hostile and extremely manipulative. However, on his own, Amaruq, Fluffy, and Fang were sweet and loyal dogs.

Possessed? Is Gander a witch/wizard? If they are sweet dogs, why is Fang named Fang? When and why would Gander possess them? Can only Gander possess them? Why didn't Gander sew them together? Why would they have to be manipulative? Are there dangers?

Abilities/Prophecies- Technically, Amaruq does not have any powers. However, Basil's witchcraft made it where he could come back to life as a possessed body, with Fluffy and Fang as his other heads

So... Basil is a witch/wizard and Gander can possess people. How did Gander and Basil get their powers? Were they born with them?

Residence: Living outside the city walls in a broken down shed with Basil due to the city hating all forms of witchcraft (they had burned down Basil's home)

What is this city called? Who lives in it? Why is the shed there? Why do they still live close to the city? What is the biome/terrain? Why did his home get burned? Why does the city hate witchcraft?

Personal Items- The buttoned eyes are Basil's charm, causing Amaruq to come back to life as a possessed corpse

Ah... Coraline vibes. Fun. Does Amaruq like/want to be possessed?

Fandom- This is my own fandom from my original series called Stitches

Great! From what I've read so far, I'll check it out! The title checks out.

Backstory- Amaruq, Fluffy, and Fang were doberman triplets found by Basil. They were brought, by Basil, to the stone tower, where he and Gander (when not in the city) resided. Basil named them Fluffy and Fang, while Gander named Amaruq.

So, how do Gander and Basil know each other? Are they siblings? Why did Gander name Amaruq? Because he was going to possess him?

They three dobermans loved Basil, and grew up with him to take care of them. Gander and his girlfriend, Annie, would treat them horribly, so Basil was their only nice owner.

Why do they not like them?

When the city raided the stone tower after finding out about Gander's cannibalism and Basil, the lost boy, being there, the entire place was knocked down, and Annie was later burned to death. Basil was the only survivor (and his Teddy was still intact), while Gander, Amaruq, Fluffy, and Fang all died.

So Gander eats humans. Interesting. Why was Annie burned to death? How or who started the fire? Teddy as in a teddy bear? Why does the city hate them? Did they do something to the city?

Fluffy and Fang's bodies were too mangled to be saved, though their heads were still preserved. Basil, after transferring Gander's soul to Teddy, wheeled Amaruq, and Fluffy and Fang's heads off to a different location, where he built a poorly made shed.

So, how long where the pups "dead" until they were "revived?" Why would he transfer Gander's soul into Teddy? Didn't Basil not like Gander?

With Teddy to guide him, Basil stitched Fluffy and Fang's heads onto Amaruq, took out their eyes, and replaced them with buttons. Then he transferred Gander's soul to Amaruq's.

Again, who is Teddy?

Gander mainly used Amaruq, due to it being more convenient than being stuck in the form of a teddy bear. As Basil became more and more mentally unstable and wanting revenge, Amaruq had convinced him to make an attack after Basil had stitched together plenty of objects and killed in order to preserve souls in them.

So, Gander is dead, but possessing Amaruq? Isn't he already "in"/a part of Amaruq? What kind of objects? Whose souls did he use? People from the city perhaps? So, Basil can understand Amaruq? Can he understand Fluffy and Fang as well?

When he attacked the city and one, Amaruq wasn't found (with Gander using Amaruq), and Basil had assumed that he burned down along with the fire (which he did). Now in the afterlife, Amaruq is the only thing that Gander will ever be for now on.

Oh. So, why didn't Basil try and revive Amaruq instead? Interesting.

The backstory was pretty interesting, though I did have a lot of questions. It wasn't too boring, but it was confusing at times, hence all the questions. I feel like there was a lot of good details at the beginning, but they tapered off at the end, so the end didn't really sum/close things up.

FINAL VERDICT:

I would give Amaruq, Fluffy, & Fang a 7.5/10. I liked the concept and idea of the story and characters, but there were a lot of unanswered questions and characters, and I feel like there could have been more added on to further the character (mainly the personality, perhaps the looks too (since all dogs are unique), and developing the backstory a little more). Not the worst, most Gary Sue-d character, but it could use some extra info. But good job! This was my first character rated, and one from an "unknown" fandom.
