Everyone feels hurt,
Yet, not everyone understands torment.
Same way as people can see smile,
But can’t distinguish if it’s a fake smile.
When you stumble,
You might get bruises; it’s physical pain.
When someone fooled you,
You’ll worry; chest pain, heartbroken.
However, some disregards:
Panic, mental sufferings, break downs;
So others leave carrying their problems,
Turning back to everything despite success.
Because who listens?
Who listens to deafening silence?
Who listens to shaking lips?
So, better to nurse own cuts,
Trying to calm amidst rage and fire;
Because others hear storm but can’t notice droplets.
At the end of the day,
It is you who must stay,
To take care of yourself anyway.
