It Started with A Painting

Chapter 8

Alex took a few of the dogs to the back of the store, placed them in different sinks and ,pulled her hair back into a ponytail, started washing the dogs ,but she turned on the speaker and hit shuffle on her music so she could get all the dogs that were jitting in the sink.

Seven Hours Later

Alex was covered with bubbles on her hair and aired from washing all the dogs were tiny store today.

Rose turned the open sign to close and said ,"that was a tiring day ,but we survived through it", ahe patted Alex's shoulder ,which had bubbles on it.

Then  Alex grabbed her stuff and opened the door. Rose came out after her and locked the door.

Alex waved down a taxi until one pulled over,; Alexand Rose got in the tcaband said ,"so you are going to tell about the data or the guy",as Rose was trying to get something out fofher.

Alex looked at Rose, took a breath, and said ,"it was not dated because it was his friend's party ,and I left",as she hit her with a purse at Alex and asked ,"why did you leave the party?",as Alex look away from her answer "it was not me that all","as she looked away from the window to  Rose.

The taxi pulled up in front of the dorms,. Alexgave the money to the driver and got out, waving at Rose as the taxi drove away with Rose.

Alex opened the front door and headed back to her dorm but heard something break so she kicked the door open. Alex grabbed the guy thrown into the chair and said, "Who are you?

The guy sat up and answered ,"I'm Cameron",as Alex crossed her arms and said Cameron, 'Why are you here?'

Cameron grabbed his bag slowly ,got up from the floor and said ,"I was paid to take photos of you ,Alex","Alex pushed him again the wall with her arms ppushingagain his neck sand aid ,"why are you taking photo me,? Tell me!",

"Because your father asked me to do it", Cameron answers,; Alex drops her arm down from his neck and says "that can't be right . My father is dead,'' as her eyes started tearing up.

Cameron was catching his breath and said ,"no ,your father is alive" Alex tried to keep it together and said ,"Where can  I find him,'' she tries to find him.

Cameron could tell that she wanted to see her father and said ,"I can't, I'm sorry," as he walked away from Alex and Sara. Sara closed the door and looked at Alex,, ho was still i shocked to find out that her father i was alive.

The Same Night

A man stands at the window looking down at Josh and hears ,"Sir ,I have the picture of Alex you wanted" he turns around to the desk and said ,"thank Cameron, need more photos of people she hung out awith nd place she goes to,'' as Cameron nodded his head and walked out of the room.

Mark did not answer his phone anyone because he was trying to finish the lyrics that he had been working on

"Her eyes spark like star night."

Soon his sister came in, dropped her laptop on top of the paper, and said,d I finished, h so I need to listen to the whole soundtrack," he put the headphones on and hit play on the space bar.
