"I don't understand...what's so special about me?"

"Rasengan!" Boruto yelled. A big blue ball of chakra spinner rapidly in his hand as he used it to smash it against the crystal bars, breaking them and setting free. He quickly ran out of the the cell and grabbed Y/n's hand as they ran down a large hallway which led to other rooms.

Boruto grunted. 'Damn it! Where's the exit?!'

"There's no point in trying to escape. It's like a very large maze here. Everything looks exactly alike, rooms leading to more rooms, dead ends around ever corner...sooner or later, you'll just be wasting chakra at this point." Kaguya spoke from somewhere nearby.

Boruto ignored her and continued running with Y/n which also led to more rooms, then more rooms...then a dead end.

"I don't know why Momoshiki decided to bring you despite him being apart of you now. But I'll just kill you and take the girl." Boruto was grabbed by Kaguya's hair before she dragged and slammed him against the wall.

Boruto yelped in pain as he was smashed into another wall.

"Boruto..!" Y/n yelled. She couldn't do anything to help him. After all, she's just a little girl with no knowledge of chakra or jutsu techniques.

Her eyes then landed towards the exit. 'These rooms..they're like mazes. It's like the game I played with uncle Izuna, Rin, Izumi, Sarada,Boruto, Himawari, and Sakura...'

{quick flashback}

Everyone was playing Hide-and-Seek (with the exception of the males minus Izuna) and it was Y/n's turn to go seek for the hiders.

She heard giggling come from inside the large garden maze so she went inside. Taking random turns and spins around the maze, Y/n noticed the sounds of giggling has faded so she tried looking for a way out. About 10 minutes later, she still hasn't gotten close to the exit but instead, going deeper inside the maze. She started to get scared as there was nothing but silence. She spun around again, only to be met with another path which led to two directions.

"Where do I go again..?" She soon started to freak out and screamed out loudly for help. She was startled when something touched her shoulder but calmed down when she saw that-that 'something' was someone and that someone was Madara.

"Y/n..what are you doing in the garden maze?" He asked.

"Papa..." Y/n muttered as tears began to build. She  lifted her hands up, wanting to be picked up.

Madara sighed and picked the girl up then began making his way out the maze.

"I told those Brats not to play inside the maze. How did you even end up deep into the maze exactly?" He mumbled.

"I got lost..."

Madara sighed. "Well, just in case you don't get lost again, you should learn how to re-trace your steps."

Y/n looked at him confused.

" it's like remembering which way you went. For example, you ran left and reached to where we are now. But, if you go back and took a RIGHT instead, we'll be on the right course to the exit."

"Oh..but how would I know which way to go..? Everything looks the same." Y/n said.

"It may look the same to you, but if you look closely, everything is basically different. You just have to notice the slight differences—even if those said differences are really small or barely noticeable to the human eye.

Y/n nodded and looked for anything that stood out to her.

Two red roses that stood out from the bushes, a raven, a few daisies...

Next path, 1 Rose, a dead rose, no daisies, no raven, a scare crow.

Next path, nothing.

Y/n started to memorize the paths and next thing she knew, she was out of the maze.

{back to present.}

A metal pole appeared from Kaguya's sleeve and aimed for Boruto's head. As she swung forward, a hand grabbed the pole, stopping the movement. Kaguya looked to see Y/n gripping firmly on the pole as it was inches away from Boruto. The Ōtsutsuki noticed that the child's eyes were red. One tomoe. Each eye.

"Y/n! You..." Boruto mumbled.

Y/n's eyes moved in different directions like a doll to where it looks disturbing before staring at Kaguya. She then broke the pole then gripped on Kaguya's hair and swung her into a wal, causing her to release her grip on Boruto.

Boruto got up and stared at Y/n in awe. "Lets go. Hurry." Y/n said. Boruto nodded as they both ran.

"CHA!" Sakura yelled as she punched through the walls with brute strength. All the rooms were the exact same and going through every one of them will take al off time. So Sakura and Tsunade just thought to punch through every wall to every room.

Everyone stopped running as they were all out of breath.

"Where could they be..." Tsunade mumbled.

She heard a faint sound come from upstairs before something..or someone crashed through a glass window.

A small glowing angel, is what Tsunade thought at first before realizing that it was Y/n with Boruto behind her.

"Y/N!!" Tsunade yelled out as everyone turned their heads. Kaguya was on her trail after coming out of her portal, trying to grab the girl. That's when Sakura jumped high into the air and punched the goddess into the ground. Sasuke and Naruto joined in to fight while Tsunade and Madara went to check if Y/n and Boruto were alright.

(Time skip cuz I'm bored and this chapter is taking too long.)

After old team 7 was about to banish Kaguya back to another dimension, a voice called out.

"That's enough." Everyone turned their attention to the figure that were floating in the air.

Naruto growled at the sight of the familiar man. "Isshiki..."

(If something starts to not make sense, then it's my fault for rushing to end this chapter.
Also, I was trying to not make Y/n so OP since she's still a little kid but with the way this story is turning....idk..)
