Long way from celebrating

Here is a chapter, it is early hours so yeah, I came up with this idea today and started to write it about an hour ago.

--- Will's P.O.V ---

Ricky was the first of the four of them to enter the room where Rita was. I sat up in the chair after I heard him enter and walk towards the bed. Ricky, although he was too afraid to show it, was almost crying with the condition of Rita even though we all knew that he did not love her anymore than a friend. He walked towards the bed, then backed away a bit with his hands covering his mouth and partially his nose as he shook is head in disbelief.

"I know, awful isn't it? Who would want to do this to her?" I asked as I shook my head but stayed focused on her as the machines kept beeping, reassuring us that they were doing the right job and keeping her with us.

"The guys on her team are on their way over, traffic is bad so they maybe unable to make it until later this morning" he answered as he looked over at me and put one hand on his hips and one behind his head.

"Guys!" Bailey came running in "How is she?" She added as she stopped at the end of Rita's bed, her eyes were filling up with water as she was about to cry, I pulled her into a hug, she needed it. After that the other girls came in as Aurora kinda did the same thing but this time Ricky pulled her into a hug.

"hey blue eyes, can I talk to you outside for a sec?" I asked as I stood up, he nodded and we walked outside the room, leaving Aurora, Bailey and Kaylie with her.

--- Ricky's P.O.V ---

"What's up Will?" I asked

"You have a thing for Aurora right, a little crush?" He answered as I started to look around the hall.

"Umm, Will, I told you on the night when we all went out remember, me, you Marv and Adam"

"yeah but have you made a move ? Texted her? Asked her out for a drink?" He answered. I shook my head.

"Dude!" He said as he pushed me a little "do it or I will text her from my phone saying it is you and your phone died, asking her out." Will said as he took his phone out of his pocket. If I know Will as well as I think I do, it's that Will does not lie. He will do it so it is up to me, I will ask her when everyone else has fell asleep.
"We are a long way from celebrating man!" I answered as Me and Will then headed back in the room, where Aurora was sitting on the chair right next to Rita, Bailey sitting on the chair opposite to the bed and Kaylie was sat on a kitchen like chair which the nurses had brought to her. I walked over to the bed when Aurora got up and hugged me and Will got ambushed by Kaylie and Bailey. It wasn't long before Aurora fell asleep, I placed her on the chair as I managed to slip away, kissing her gently on the forehead as I covered her over with my leather jacket.

--- Adam's P.O.V ---

I heard about Rita and I need to get over there to see her, even though I know she will not be able to see me, I need to be there for support. I looked at my phone and skim read the text which was sent to me as I picked up my phone, car and hotel keys and left quickening my pace as I got closer to the car park.

"Hey Tom" I wrote "When you get this, make your way to the hospital, It's Adam Levine by the way if you did not have my number, anyway it's Rita, get there as soon as possible" I texted as I got into my car.

Just as I got my car started, my phone buzzed, it was Tom.

"Hey Adam, could you pick me up from the O2?" He texted me as I sent back "yes, see you soon". I got my car moving as I headed to go and pick Tom up. He wasn't far and the hospital was a 10 minute drive from where Tom was.
