Prologue
My name is Litsy Bay and I've been going to UCLA for four years and today marked a special day. I would find out if I was ready to graduate or not. Sadly, I had received a call and email confirming the latter, I failed my test and had one more semester to go. I was meeting up with my boyfriend Timmer Jermaine or as I like to call him TJ, we've been together for two years, to let him know about my results. He's studying to be a Psychiatrist while I'm studying to be a Psychologist almost the same career but slightly different. I was currently at a park waiting for him.
"Hey babe." I say as soon as I see him appear and sit on the bench next to me.
"Hey Litsy." He sounded nervous.
"What's wrong you sound nervous; did I do something?" I ask turning towards him only to see he's facing forward.
"No, no babe you didn't do anything it's just, ugh, how do I say this..."
"Say what TJ just get on with it." He turns to me and starts speaking.
"Ok, ok well we haven't done anything that's what I can't stand, we've been together for two years and not once have we done a thing and it worries me Litsy. Before you I would do it every day and I don't know it's just so stressing." He looks away, I never thought it was a big deal. I just never knew he wanted it.
"TJ you know why I don't do it." He honestly knows that me being a virgin is something I care about. I'm not ready and frankly I don't think I will be any time soon.
"Yes, I know Litsy which is why I think it's best if we break up, I don't think I can control my wants anymore."
"Then why did you ever date me?"
"Because I thought I would somehow convince you of giving it to me but clearly, I was wrong; now that I think about it, you're not good enough for me. You're an ugly bitch who thinks of herself and not others clearly you got one of the hottest guys by your side and you never took advantage of it. You're a loser for that and I hope you know that no other guy will look at you or feel anything towards you."
"Why are you saying this?" I was holding back tears.
"It's over Litsy have fun with life because I know for sure, I won't be there with you." With that he walked off, leaving me sitting on a bench crying and with his words replaying in my head.
