Tris POV
1 month later
Tobias and I sit on the couch with our 1 year old. We watch Frozen. I lay my head on Tobias chest and he sighs. I look up at him confused.
"Babe, you okay" I ask and he nods.
"How about we put you to bed, because me and mommy have to talk" Tobias getting up and picking up Emily. She giggles. We put her in her room and she slowly falls asleep. We walk into our room and I look at him still confused.
"What's did you tell me" I say and he nods, sighing.
"Promise you won't get mad" he says and I nod.
"Yes just tell me" I say
"I signed up for the army" he says and I look at him shocked.
"It's a small trip for 6 months" he says and I look at him.
"Zeke and Uriah signed up" he adds and I let a tear drop.
"Tobias the army is a really scary thing" I say crying and he wipes my tears.
"I'll be okay, I promise" he says and I curl up on him.
"Promise me you'll be back in 6 months" I say and he kisses my head.
"I promise." He says
