Scene: Emma came running into Emily's room

Emma: wake up Emily, can we go to the beach
Emily: yes we can just give me some time to get ready
Emma: wake up big bro, why did you both sleep in the same bed

Emma: yeah you're now my sister in law, we can hang out heaps
Ryder: calm down sis, you're acting as if we're gonna get married

Scene: they all met downstairs

Lexi: morning everyone
Stephan: morning
Lexi: what're your plans for today
Emma: I and Emily are gonna go to the beach

Emma: yeah sure, but no boys allowed
Ryder: why aren't we allowed to come
Emma: cause we're having a girls day
Ryder: you still have to take Brock with you
Stephan: ok have fun
Ryder: remember don't be back too late as we have your mother and her husband coming over for dinner to discuss a plan
Emily: I know, im gonna head to the mall to find something to wear cause I don't want to look underdressed

Ryder: ok I will meet you at the mall at noon so we can all go shopping

Ryder: I and stephan will come to cause look what happened last time, no arguments

Emma: why did Lexi leave
Emily: I think she changed her mind at the beach
Emma: let's build a sandcastle

Time skip: at the mall

Emma: we have to meet ryder at the mall remember

Emma: she didn't seem to be happy

Scene: they all arrived home
Ryder: Emily you can go back some clothes for your sleepover and you can take a couple of movies

Emily: * cries * I don't know what's gotten into her, it's like she just changed, I hope my stepmother hasn't got to her
Ryder: maybe, just let her go, for now, I will ask stephan to go check on Lexi
Emily: I don't think I can handle tonight
Ryder: don't worry I will be there

Hours later

Ryder: ok they should be here any minute now
Scene: Katy and Dominic arrived
Katy: hello Em, I would like you to meet your stepfather
