"I know you're trying to like, interrogate us and stuff, but can we eat first?" I asked whilst staring at the slice of cake the Asian man was eating. It was chocolate cake with extra chocolate and delicious chocolate and oh my god. I wanted a big, fat, juicy slice.
Mio - the one who was trying to interrogate us, and the Mexican one - glared at me. "You know what?" He stood up from his seat abruptly. "I'm done with this. How do cops do their job? This is fucking hell."
I blinked, not really caring about his reaction. "Soo...food? Please? I'll suck your dick."
The black guy from earlier growled. "He's taken, fool." Sure enough, he went over to Mio and kissed him on the lips. They gave a little show before they pulled apart, Mio being flushed while the black guy had a cocky smirk on his lips.
"Wow, you have a boyfriend!" Jeremiah exclaimed, though it was obvious he was being sarcastic. "That's so amazing! Like, oh my gosh!" His voice was squeaky.
The black guy - whose name I have yet to find out - glared daggers at Jeremiah. "Shut the fuck u -"
"Here."
Everyone became quiet as they stared at the Asian guy who just offered me his piece of cake. He hadn't spoken a single word since Jeremiah and I found them, so I was shocked to find out that his voice was surprisingly...feminine. Sort of like a deep feminine voice. It was deep, but not that deep. It was hot. Pretty and handsome at the same time. It suited him, even though he looked like a complete top.
He cleared his throat, dragging me out of my thoughts. My face flushed once I noticed that I didn't take the cake from him. With my shaky hands, I grabbed the plate.
The guy nodded. "No problem." He moved to walk back to his seat but then paused. "Xion," he grumbled. With a shake of his head, he turned around and cleared his voice. "My name. It's Xion."
Jeremiah looked up at him, smiling. "Xion? Sounds like Xian. I have a Chinese friend named Xian. She was cool."
Xion shrugged. "I'm also Chinese."
"I'm black," said the black guy, as if it wasn't obvious due to his dark skin.
"Wow, Kingston," Mio commented, rolling his eyes. "What a shocker. Who would've known?"
Kingston was about to reply when Jeremiah cut him over with a laugh that he tried to conceal with a cough.
Jeremiah laughed before he tried to cover it up with a cough. "Sorry. I just - Kingston? What kind of name is that -"
