Clay was finally allowed to come outside and I didn't leave his side once
Today we planed a sleepover with the others but their parents took them on trips so it was just me and clay once again we had everything set up
We talked as per usual since I haven't left his side for almost a week and he and I had been the closest we've ever been with that I know his habits
He likes to look straight at you when your talking he is self-conscious about his newly forming scars that have now appeared everywhere on his body especially his face
I hugged my pink cardigan closer to my body as I sat with the flowers and started making a flower crown when I belt someone's presence beside me and I looked over to see Clay sitting beside me intently staring at the flower crown
"What kind of flowers are those," he asked "dandelions" I responded as I finished the flower crown and placed it on his head "I name you king of the brave" I smiled dropping my voice "why thank you" he smirked bowing and I laid on my back and looked up towards the stairs and he did the same
"Do you know constellations?" I asked and he shook his head no "well that one there you see" I said pointing to one of the constellations "that once called Draco and that one there see is libra" I exclaimed as I pointed to them but when I looked at Clay he was just starring at me "your eyes are pretty" he completed me and my cheeks went red "thanks" "can I tell you something" he asked and I nodded "I like you" he told me and my eyes widened "really" I questioned "ya I like you" he confessed again "well clay I think we're still too young" I sighed and he nodded and looked at the sky "you know that I like you too right I just don't wanna rush into things" I smiled and he looked back at me "well then why don't we make a promise" he suggested "ok what" "if we both still like each other when we are 18 we will start dating" he held out his hand "deal" I said and shook his hand
The rest of that night we star gazed it was the perfect night after the really weird year we had had but I couldn't have asked for anything more and honestly, I can't wait until I turn 18
