Samantha stepped off the bus and headed home. She planed to head out that night to Horse Ridge Valley where Emily said the mare was last seen. Samantha was someone who never got in trouble and didn't like getting in trouble, so she was worried. She didn't know how her parents would react if they found out, so she hoped they wouldn't. Samantha then started doubting her self.
"Stop! I have got to do this! All I have ever want is to see a wild horse up close and now is my chance! I have to do this,"Samantha said to herself as she walked toward her front gate.
