We arrive at Hogwarts and are about to be sorted.
"Now when I call your name, you will come up, I will put the sorting hat on you head, and you will be sorted into your houses." Professor McGonagall says.
A few names later.
"Seamus Finnigan!"
I give his hand a squeeze and he goes up and gets sorted into Gryffindor.
A few more names later, after Hermione, Ron, and Harry get sorted into Gryffindor and Draco gets sorted into Slytherin,
"Lyra Snape."
I go up and the Sorting Hat was placed on my head.
"Oh. A Snape huh? Plenty of courage from both parents. Mischief from your mother? Bravery. You don't seem like a Slytherin like your cousin Draco but more like your cousin Seamus. I know where to put you! GRYFFINDOR!!!!!!!!!" the Sorting Hat exclaims.
The professor takes the sorting hat off and I go to the Gryffindor table sitting in between Fred and Seamus who both hug me.
YES!!!!!!!!!!!! I glad I have all my friends with me.
FRED'S POV
I am so glad that Lyra got into Gryffindor. I am currently in bed staring at the ceiling.
"Fred! Go to bed!" Lee Jordan says.
"I'm not tired." I say a little too happily.
"You thinking about a certain girl again Freddie?" George asks.
shit! How did he find out?
"um.... huh? Well anyways goodnight guys." Lee says.
George sighs "Fred. Can you stop thinking about her?"
"She's a prankster George!"
"So?!"
"Nevermind. Good night George."
"Night lover boy."
"Shut up George!"
"Well you do love her! Don't you?" Lee asks.
"Mayyyybeee." I say.
"You do!!!!!!!!! You like Lyra Snape!!!!!!!!!!!!" Lee and George say at the same time.
"Ok fine I do! Can I go to sleep now?"
"Fine but we aren't leaving this room tomorrow morning until you tell us why." Lee said.
"Just because we don't have class tomorrow." George says.
"But what about breakfast?" I ask.
"That can wait." they say, "night."
They go to sleep. How did they know I am falling for Lyra? I mean George I can understand but Lee? Lyra is just so pretty and looks so precious especially after being hurt by her cousin Malfoy. Her other cousin Seamus is also in Gryffindor and the two made a promise to always look out for each other. She's also a mischievous girl apparently.
