Lyra Snape x Fred Weasley (where he doesn't die)

The next day.

"Lyra!" I hear Draco yell from behind me.

I speed up a bit.

Or at least I try.

His friends Crabbe and Goyle catch up to me and grab my arms.

"What do you want Draco?" I ask.

"Oh come on cousin! We haven't talked in a long time." he says walking up to me.

He nods at Crabbe and Goyle and I get pushed against the wall.

"Don't even try it Draco." I say my hair turning red.

I try to run but Crabbe grabs my arm and twists it in an awkward angle. I hear a loud snap. I scream and fall to the ground only to be kicked in the stomach by Crabbe and Goyle.

"HEY!" Someone shouts. SEAMUS!

"Oh look it's my other cousin! An Irish scum. Here to save his dear cousin are you?" Draco says.

"Stay away from her!" he yells.

Draco nods at Goyle and Crabbe and Draco go up to Seamus and start to get him away as Goyle pulls out a knife from his robes.

"No please don't!" I start to say sobbing.

He stabs me in the side and I scream so loud as Draco and his friends run away and Seamus runs up to me and puts his hand to my side.

"Come on stay with me." he says.

"I ne-ed to t-tell you something Seamus."

"What?"

"Your the best cousin ever." I say and then reach up with my uninjured arm and put it to his cheek, "It's too late. I've already lost too much blood. Tell everyone I love them. I love you Seamus. Goodbye."

"No! No no no no no no no no!" he yells as my arm drops.

"Seamus? What is- Oh SHIT!" I hear Fred exclaim.

I hear Fred drop next to me.

"Fred...?" I ask weakly.

"Yes?"

"You can't save me! I've already lost way to much blood!" I say.

He puts my hand on the wound then picks me up and carries me to the Hospital Wing.

"Seamus what happened?" Fred asks on our way.

"Malfoy st-stabbed h-her and his friends broke her arm!" Seamus says sobbing.

We arrive.

Mr. Weasley? What are doing-" Madam Pomfrey begins then sees me when I start sobbing louder in pain.

"Quick! Put her on one of the beds!" she says.

I'm put on a bed and my hand slips making more blood run out.

"Freddie... I'm dying." I say weakly.

"No your not." Fred says.

"OH THANK THE LORD YOUR PASSING BY SEVERUS! COME IN HERE QUICKLY! IT'S LYRA!" I hear Madam Pomfrey say loudly.

I hear dad rush in.

I feel my arm being fixed.

"She keeps saying we can't save her! She's saying she's already lost way to much blood." Fred says.

"Because It's true." I say.

SEAMUS'S POV

I'm walking down the corridor coming from Defense Against the Dark Arts class when I hear a scream. I turn the corner and see Lyra on the ground being kicked in the stomach by Draco's friends Crabbe and Goyle.

"HEY!" I yell.

"Oh look it's my other cousin! An Irish scum. Here to save his dear cousin are you?" Draco says.

He picks her up and we go to the hospital wing.

Her father shows up and we fill him in.

"She keeps saying we can't save her! She's saying she's already lost way to much blood." Fred says.

"Because It's true." Lyra says.

I can see why she thinks that. There's blood all over the bed now even after tried to clean up the wound so she can heal it.

"I love you all. Goodbye." She says weakly. She closes her eyes and the heart monitor beside the bed flattens.

"NO! Lyra come back!" I scream.

"LYRA PLEASE COME BACK!" Fred says now at her side.

I hear a pop and see her mum right beside Professor Snape.

"Oh my god. Lyra! No!" she says right away.

"LYRA PLEASE COME BACK!" I say shaking.

"I'm sorry. She's gone." Madam Pomfrey says.
