We break apart.

"I'm sorry I shou-"

I cut him off by kissing him back.

"It's ok Freddie."

"I have a question."

"Yes?"

"Will you be my girlfriend?"

"OFC Freddie!"

He kisses me again. We hear cheering behind us.

"It's about time don't you think?" Hermione asks.

"Yeah!" Everyone else says.

"FINALLY!" Seamus and George say.

"I can't believe this!" we hear Ron say as we break apart.

We broke apart right as my father came into view.

"Lyra! Come with me I need to talk to you!" he says.

OH SHIT! was the only thing I could think of as I followed him to his office.

AT HIS OFFICE

"So care to explain what I just saw?" he asks.

"Um.... not really?" I say.

He gives me a look.

"Ok fine! We're dating! He just asked me to be his girlfriend! Please don't be mad!" I say.

"Oh Lyra! It's fine! I'm not mad." he says, "There's something else I need to talk to you about though."

"What?"

"You're a metamorphus. A person who's hair and eye color changes based on their emotions. I know your one because your hair was pink -for love- and purple -for embarrassment- just a few seconds ago."

he holds up a mirror.

"Omg my hair is pink and purple!" I say.

"I think you should go and get some dinner then get some sleep."

"ok see you later father!" I say and run to the Great Hall.

"Hey! Woah Your hair!" Fred Says.

"Yeah I know! I'm I metamorphus. My hair and even eyes change colors based on my mood like right now its pink -for love- and purple -for embarrassment- so if its red and flaming at the ends RUN!." I say.

They all laugh.

We all hear a "meow" coming from something around me. I look over to Seamus and see him holding Shadow.

"Omg I forgot Shadow was even here!" I say.

I run over to Seamus and Shadow jumps out of his arms into mine.

"Sorry cousin guess she likes me more than you." I say.

"Well she is your cat Lyra." Seamus says.

"True." I say.

Fred comes up to me as I sit down and sits next to me. I put Shadow on the table and she walks over to Fred.

"I think she likes me too." Fred says.

He passes me a note.

Is your father ok with us being together?

I write back Yes.

He smiles.

After we eat a bit we go back to the common room.
