The country took a sharp inhale, "I suggest we cut half of the most polluting countries factories down by 1/3 and begin limitation of vehicle transpiration down by the population of every city in the world."
A sudden uproar happened in the room. All Germany (🇩🇪) could hear were yelling countries, some stood up, resulting in them knocking over their chairs. Germany groaned at how childish all of these countries were, looking over at Poland(🇵🇱) to see what his reaction was.
It wasn't anything unusual. His face was shocked, he didn't expect those words to come out of Germany's mouth, something useful. The red and white country looked away from Germany, nodding slowly with flustered cheeks.
America(🇺🇸) took his mic and stared at Germany, "Do you know how impossible that is? I have 19,495 cities! Imagine all the laws and regulations- that'll take years!"
Germany sighed heavily, staring at the country as he leaned down into the microphone, "well knowing you, yes it will take years... you're behind in evolution and modernization." He narrowed his eyelids.
"Well, at least I'm not a cock-biter like you!" America retaliated.
"Enough!"
Germany straightened up, staring at the royal blue union in the middle of the circle. The union was staring back at Germany with furrowed eyebrows, fists as hands, and had his back up.
"Do not make me have to start a disciplinary issue file for you, Germany." NATO threatened, causing Germany to nod slowly. His hands were shaking, but he wouldn't let the others know that as he moves his hands behind him.
"Now. You were saying that we should cut down factories and vehicle regulations all across the globe?"
Germany answered with a sharp nod.
"I think that's an issue you should discuss with the United Nations(🇺🇳), correct?"
"Sir, if I may, the UN doesn't do anything and has failed his job-"
"Germany," NATO said in a low voice, interrupting him.
A couple of gasps filled the room, all eyes were now on Germany. The German became more and more nervous by the second, his face becoming redder. His breath hitched by his name being said so sharply in such a low tone.
"I understand the controversies regarding the United Nations, but in no right do you have to exclaim them in this meeting. This is not a UN meeting." NATO said defensively.
"Yes, sir..."
Germany knew he hit a nerve. He knew about NATO's relationship with the UN. He knew this and yet said what he wanted to say anyway. It was a safe space to say whatever you wanted, whether you had the confidence to do so was the question and Germany had that confidence. He stared at NATO's pissed-off face, knowing far well he is going to make a mental note about this.
