Multiple sources have said that both Ranboo and Tubbo have confirmed that their c!relationship is romantic, but because I know that can make people uncomfortable anyway I'll keep the romance to a minimum.

Tubbo awoke with a gasp, shooting up as tears welled in his eyes, hand over the scar on his cheek.

Oh gods, that felt so fucking real.

The goat let out a choked back sob, curling forward. One hand covered his mouth while the other pulled at his hair. The boy shuttered, not even registering the movement next to him until warm hands were pulling him close.

Tubbo flinched away breathing erratic.

"Hey, hey, it's me, it's Ranboo. You're safe." The enderman murmured, brushing Tubbo's hair out of his face and kissing his forehead.

"R-Ranboo, it burns-" He sobbed, scratching and picking at the old scar on his face as his mind was plagued with horrifying memories.

The taller pulled his hand away, keeping him from scratching.

"Shh. You're not there, okay? You're at home."

Tubbo cuddled into his chest, sobbing quietly while Ranboo rubbed his back, whispering soft reassurance in his ear.

"It hurt, Ranboo." Tubbo cried softly, warm tears rolling down his face. "Why- w-what did I do to deserve it?"

Ranboo nuzzled his cheek, tail wrapping securely around his husband and laying them back down.

"You didn't deserve it, Tubbo." He murmured, letting the smaller cry into his chest. "I'm so sorry that happened to you."

The goat eventually got his breathing steady, reduced to soft sobs and sniffles.

Ranboo stayed with him until he was calm, gently petting his hair as they both fell back asleep.

"Don't worry, Tubbo, I'll always be with you."
