"Eddie, have you noticed Cadence acting different lately?" I walk in to kitchen. "Different, how?" He asks while continuing to cook dinner. "Oddly different, like she's starting to lose control." I say sitting behind a table, laying my head in my hands. "Hm, continue." He says, still facing the counter. "Well for starters, she doesn't go on so many saving-people-in-need missions she used to." "Well maybe there's no one to save?" "And her eyes are flickering changing color and Carnage speaks so loud that it's now out of their mind, I can hear him now too." After I said this, Eddie finally turned away from counter to look at me. I noticed he started sweating, but his face remained the same expression...this was Venom who was worryingly sweating. "What is it V, got something to say about this?" I asked and Eddie now transformed into Venom. "Uh I...not gonna lie, I knew some of my children are troublemakers, but I thought Cade has Carnage under full control." said Venom, scared of my reaction. "Wait a minute, children?!" screams Eddie from inside Venom. "Well my offsprings darn it!" "I understood the child part, I was just shocked at the plural you used.""Uh yeah, Carnage is not an only child" "Askghvjlmnndiwb, where are they?!""W-well, some of them are still inside me (or my blood to be precise), one is dead and the rest are already out there somewhere in the world." "I-I'm sorry, WHEN DID YOU PLAN TO TELL ME?!" "Ahem ahem, hello? I'm still here, you can finish this old-married-couple fight later." I stepped up, interrupting their childish arguing. "Okay uhm, not that I don't like you V, but can you now transform back to Eddie?" I didn't need to ask twice, this conversation was obviously uncomfortable for Venom so he transformed back immediately. "Listen E, if something bad happens, we will take action, but as far as everything is alright and no one died, there's nothing to be worried about." He assured me. "Ok, I will try to not look too much into it." I sighed. "Come here." He pulled me into a hug. "Don't worry, everything's going to be fine." He whispered to me, patting my back.
Cadence's POV:
I was taking a long shower, thinking about what happened yesterday. Suddenly, Carnage started talking to me: "Look, I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks this heroic game we play almost everyday, saving those people, catching criminals is getting boring." "Excuse me?" I asked, not understanding what he was getting at. "I mean, that's the work for Avengers or X-men and other...misfits." "As if we are not misfits." I chuckle sarcastically. "Excuse me?! We're not misfits, we are gods living in symbiosis." Okay, this one made me laugh. I mean he was not wrong. "Damn right C, we are gods, but I still don't get your point." I say, stopping laughing. "As you already know, symbiotes were sent to earth to destroy it and rule, but my father made a decision to not do so." "Get to the damn point already!" I was starting to lose patience. "I just think that we should slice up our lives a bit." "Aaand, how do you plan so?" "Bringing a bit more chaos to this world?" "Okay, now I understand where this is going but no, earth has enough villains to deal with, it doesn't need one more." "Ugh fiiine, but it's an open offer, when you change your mind let me know." Carnage was now obviously annoyed. But I can't lie, his offer sounded kinda thrilling. I don't know why, but there was a split second where I actually considered...*sigh* "what's happening to me?"... I collapsed to my bed, facing down and stayed like that for a long time, thinking.
That evening... I was sitting in the living room watching TV. When reporter started talking news about Spider-Man and how his yet another "saving mission" turned into a disaster, dad suddenly forcibly transformed into Venom and he ran to the TV enraged. "Ugh, this guy again. Come on C, let's take care of that idiot once and for all." said Venom, which Carnage responded to it by making me jump up from the sofa. Me and dad, now transformed into our symbiotes, jumped out of our window and headed straight to Spider-boy's location. As soon as we found him, Venom couldn't hold back and he jumped straight on him, attacking him. But that kid was cautious and he dodged dad's attack attempt. It got me angry and I knew Carnage and I are stronger than both Venom and Spider-Man. Carnage extended his tentacles and tried hitting the boy, his agility wasn't in our advantage, then rage consumed me and I finally got ahold of that insect boy.

As I was about stab him with all tentacles like 100 times, snap his neck and Carnage was ready to bite off his head and eat the brain, I was interrupted and sent flying back by some other man. It was Iron man. He probably came to save this bimbo. "Jarvis, what is that thing?!" he asked his AI assistant. And the damn suit told him our weakness! "Those are symbiotes, came from another planet and they are very sensitive to loud and intense sounds." said the AI. "Oh no you don't." growled Carnage and jumped at Ironman. We started punching him, hitting him, attempting to break the suit but then he activated some counter-attack. It started making a very painful noise that made Carnage weak so he transformed back in to me, leaving me there laying on the ground, covering my ears until the noise stopped. Then Ironman came up to spider boy, yelling at him for his irresponsibility. I used that to my advantage, crawled to Venom, he grabbed me and we ran back home before they even noticed we were gone.
