Kayleen had lost all hope of being adopted. Shes lived in an orphanage in Boston since she was three. Now at at age 11 she finally got hope.

I'm really excited for today. Today is the day I ask Pops to adopt me! I was supposed to ask on pop's birthday but today works to. I ran to dad's office to make sure he had everthing ready. When I got to his office I knocked.
"Come in" Dad said
"Hey dad" I said
"Hey baby girl. You ready?" Dad asked
"Yup" I said
"Let's do this then" He said as he got up and grabbed the present
"Ok!" I said as he handed me the present and we walked out. We walked down stairs to find Pops playing with Brendan.
"Hey pops" I said with a huge smile
"Hey kiddo." He said smiling back at me
"Kay has a suprise for you" Dad said
"Is that so?" Pops asked looking over to me
"Yup" I said holding up the gift bag
"Ok just let me put Brendan down for a nap and then i'll open it" Pops said
"Ok" I said
Pops walked upstsairs with Brendan in his arms well me and dad sat on the couch. After five minutes Pops walked back down stairs and sat next to me.
"Ok i'm ready" Pops said
"Wait!" Dad said. Me and Pops both looked at him confused.
"What?" Pops and I asked at the same time
"Let me record" Dad said
"Ok" I said as dad started recording
"Ok go ahead" Dad said. Tears started forming in my eyes as I passed pops the bag.
"Oh honey dont cry!" Pops said as he hugged me
"Sorry. Go ahead and open it" I said as the tears started to fall from my eyes
"Ok" He said pulling away from the hug and opening the gift. As he pulled out he papers i looked at dad who was still recording and he just smiled so i smiled back well still crying. Pops started to read through the papers but theen he read the top of the paper which said 'Adoption Form'. Tears started coming out of his eyes.

After a while he looked up at dad then looked at me.
"Seriously!" He exclaimed well crying
"I already signed my part all you need to do is sign and have dad send it back. Then go to court and get a judge to aprove it then your offically my Pops!" I said
"Oh my god honey are you sure?" He asked
"Yes im sure!" I said with a smile well handing him a pen. Pops grabbed the pen and signed all the stuff he needed to. He put the pen down and hugged me. Dad joined the hug and at this point we're all crying and smiling.
~Time Skip~
It was now 8 at night. We just had dinner and now me and Brendan are being caried to our rooms cause we fell asleep during the movie we were watching. Pops had me and dad had Brendan
Sebastians POV
I walked in to Kayleens room with her in my arms. I put her in her bed and pulled the covers over her. I kissed her forehead and walked out shuting the door behind me. I walked in to mine and chris' room and got changed into sweatpants and a tee-shirt then climbed into bed. When I got in bed I kissed chris goodnight and then we went to sleep.
