Chapter 46

His words are like fireworks, Lisa feels like her mind would explode soon. She opens up her mouth but she couldn't say anything.

She feels her heart is coming out of her body.

Thump, thump.

It seems to cover up the sound of the wind.

Lisa's palms start to sweat though, the weather is quite cool.

Jungkook lets her wrists go and turns his body. He stands in front of her.

Lisa is taken by surprise to shift her gaze.

Jungkook lends his body over, he looks at her eyes for two seconds then pulls her scarf.

It exposes her face.

The young girl's facial features are elegant, the corner of her mouth is raised up. She has two dimples, her eyes are glistening. She shifts her gaze and looks at him again.

Because of the allergy, her face is a bit swollen and shows few rashes.

But it looks like she is just blushing.

Jungkook's eyes turn dark, his Adam apple starts to move. He lifts up his arm and uses his finger to stroke her dimple.

Lisa's back turns stiff.

It happens so fast that Jungkook just retreats his hand. He stands up and laughs, "How could you blush?"

"......."

He continues, "You also laugh up yourself."

Lisa's mind is at loss. She takes her scarf from him and pretends to be serious. She lowers her eyes and says, "Aren't you laughing too?"

Jungkook is full of interest, "Then tell me why do I laugh?"

"How could I know? It's not the first time for you to laugh this way?" Lisa passes him and continues to walk forward and says, "Don't stand here, it's too cold."

Jungkook watches her back and stands there for few seconds. He smiles and follows her.

They get on the car but Lisa doesn't take off her scarf.

Jungkook starts the car and says, "Young lady, why aren't you taking off your scarf? Don't you feel that it is suffocating?"

Lisa explains calmly, "I am covering my face."

"I already saw it before." Jungkook finds this funny, "Why should you cover it again?"

Lisa stops and think this is reasonable. She takes off her scarf and says nothing else. She plays with her phone and looks at the window.

When the traffic light turns red, Jungkook seizes the time to look at her.

He could only see her side of face.

Her fingers are knocking on the window, her eyes are hanging low. She smiles like she couldn't control her feelings. After a while, she seems to notice his gaze. Her expression stiffs. Perhaps she is afraid that he would notice it. In a next moment, she purposely restrains herself.

Jungkook withdraws his gaze and smiles.

Because tomorrow is the weekend, this moment there's only Jennie in the dorm. The other two roommates are joining the department activity or going on date with their boyfriends.

Noticing a movement, Jennie looks over and when she looks at Lisa's face she is shocked, "What happened to your face?"

"I accidentally drank milk tea." Lisa places her things on the table, "I am allergic to milk."
