REQUEST BY - @ARandomWeeb5

Takes place during the war between GHOST and SHADOW.

You are a GHOST operative that has been captured in a massive loss in a fight. Any survivors where blindfolded and taken by chopper to an unknown location. They want to hide the spot but the smell of sugars and fruits litter the air, Slurpy Swamp. The henchman ushers you forward into a big room, you can tell by the echoing that you are in the main room with the vats of slurp. A grim and husky voice begins to call out from the garage door.

"What do we have here? A double agent? A spy?" The accent was of eastern origin. Your blind food is removed.

The current leader of SHADOW, Chaos Agent, was standing right in front of you. His tall, slim figure towing over your head.

"Where do you want him?" The henchmen said pulling on your arm. Your hands were restrained behind your back. Chaos points to a chair with a tube pointing directly down onto it. This clearly was some sort of impromptu interrogation and/or testing chamber. You were thrown into the chair when comes over to you and squats down. Even though he was only squatting, his head was still higher than yours.

"This is a simple question that I will ask you. Give me the answer and I will make sure that you leave this room alive. Deal?" You found his voice and tone enchanting, but still kept silent. "It's not hard, believe me, we don't want those pretty eyes getting hurt, now do we?" He stood back up and backed away towards a panel with a button.

"I press this button, and the tube above you will release a chemical agent that will slowly deteriorate your senses. I won't be effected, but you will." He hovers his long, skinny finger over the button. You thought of an idea that could save your life.

"Why would someone so handsome need to do all the dirty work?" You said, this clever lie should get you out. Chaos is known for his self pride in his experiments and believed his science would save the Island. "Can't your goons do that while you 'study' your specimen?" You continued, hoping it would buy you some time. He chuckled quietly.

"You flatter me, very well." He nodded his head towards the goon to move to the button while he moves closer to you, sitting in a chair right next to you. You were both so close that you could feel his long leg rub against yours.

"Answer this, and you can go free." He starred into you. His gas mask's white fogged goggles blankly looked at you, as if he was studying you. He leaned in.

"What do you know about Midas' plan?" He asked. So he heard of it, of course he did he listens in on everything possible. "What do you know about the Device? All we know is that his daughter has built it, but what does it do?" You swallowed and tried to push you luck on more time.

"Maybe we can get to know each other before that? It's not polite to be asking all these questions." You said hoping to get a good response. He looked down, then back up. He unhooks the tubes connecting to his back and quickly removes his mask, revealing his blank, faceless void you could consider a head.

"I am a man of science. I think of the people before all else. To reach that goal I must make the needed sacrifices to get there. So please, tell me."

He pauses

"What. Does. It. Do."

He was showing that he was vulnerable and was truly speaking from within. As an agent you have the same goals with GHOST, it's just the means of reaching that destination. You quickly realized that he was more than a murder, a freak, or a psychopath. He was moral, just misguided, played by the man he used to follow, and now finds to defeat.

"Midas caused all of this, he is the problem." You whisper. Chaos sits up. He was stunned that someone would actually realize his issue. It's the first time anything like that has ever happened.

"He did more to me than you know." The room grows silent as both of you look around. The henchman at the button clears his throat in an attempt to break the silence.

"Excuse me, sir, but we must hurry." He said. Chaos looks at him slowly.

"Let them go." He said looking back down. "Open the door." The henchman looked surprised.

"But sir, we can't let a GHOST spy, one of their highest ranking agents, leave without gaining anything."

"Open it."

The door buzzes open and Chaos unwinds you.

"I'm surprised, you actually managed to get to me." He said. "Good work, agent, it worked."

You look at him as you walk to the door. You knew you had to tell him.

"I really meant all of it." You leave as he watches the henchman chase you down into the woods. He didn't stop them, but he knew you were safe. Although you couldn't tell, no one could, but he was smiling for what seemed like the first time in forever.

Thanks for waiting! I have a few more requests that I'll be taking so sorry if your takes awhile.
