You got spooked by a car loudly honking at you. You looked over your shoulder to a car almost sticking to your back. The boy in the car honked again, motioning annoyed for you to move. – "Move it shorty!" – he called out to you. You sighed loud, hopping onto the grass away from the parking lot. The girl beside the guy was laughing loud. Rolling your eyes at them, you watched as the boy rudely parked his car on the spot where you were walking. The front of his car was even stationed on the grass. He didn't give a damn about parking that badly. You followed the large group that went towards the main building. From the corner of your eye, noticed you Elle, and Lee getting out of a car. You smiled softly at how playful and silly they were around each other. You were only distracted for a moment, but someone already bumped into you. You glared at the boy walking past you. – "Didn't see you there." – he called out, walking backward to face you. He chuckled, turning back around to run up to his friends.
You were already used to it, so you paid little attention to it. Quickening your pace, you headed inside the main building. The hallways were a bit crowded as you were trying to make your way over to your locker. You wanted to drop off the heavy chemistry book that you didn't need until after lunch. People bumped into each side, not caring if they had seen you. In such a large crowd, were you easily overlooked. Being a bit smaller than the others wasn't very helpful. A football flew over your head as two jocks were passing it down in the hallway. Keeping your head low, you squeezed between everyone to reach your locker. You stumbled from between two tight groups who centered in the hallway, reaching your locker. You finally had a little bit to breathe, lowering your backpack from around your back. You opened your locker to put your chemistry book away. – "Y/n!" – you heard someone call out loudly. You turned your head to see Tuppen make his way over to you with two other boys. Tuppen was so excited to see you, making you put a grand smile on your face. – "Tuppen." – you replied, shutting your locker door a bit close. He picked you up, making you scream loud. Tuppen could easily lift you up from the ground without even sweating. He spun around with you laughing aloud.
When he placed you back down, you gave him a hard smack against his broad shoulders. – "What is wrong with you?" – you snapped at him, not liking to be picked up without a warning. Tuppen only chuckled a bit. – "Sorry." – he nervously said, scratching his head. – "What do you actually want Tuppen?" – a bit annoyed, you called him out. – "I wanted to invite you to my house party." – you widened your eyes seeing Tuppen pull out an invitation. – "Old fashioned I know." – he laughed out, slapping his mate against his chest while grinning. You took the invitation from him, narrowing your eyes questionable at him. – "Why are you inviting me?" – You glanced up to his two friends who you didn't even know their name. – "Cause you are fun to hang out with, Y/n." - you couldn't argue with that, accepting it. You smiled sheepishly at Tuppen as he could be so surprising sometimes. Your smile dropped when you noticed one of his friends look down on you. You saw him slowly curl up a smile, seeing he was about to laugh loud. You inhaled deep, ready to receive his laughter. The guy laughed loud, pointing at you. – "Short stack." – he joked out. His other friend joined the laugh, calling you by the same name.
Tuppen chuckled a bit uncertain, looking weirdly at his friends. – "Such a short stack." – the guy spoke, tapping you on your head. You pushed his hand brutally away. You were not some animal that they could pet. – "Come on Tuppen! Laugh, can't you see that she is a short stack." – the guy nudged Tuppen hard. Tuppen swallowed deep seeing your expression. You so hoped he wouldn't join their ridiculing you. Tuppen chuckled deep, turning sheepishly shy. – "Pancakes. I love pancakes." – you frowned, tilting your head a bit to the side. Tuppen smiled back at you, with a soft wink. The two boys stopped laughing confused by Tuppens' sudden confession. Tuppen could sometimes be such a dork. Tuppen pushed his friends away from you. – "See you at my party, right?" – he whispered to you before following his friends. You nodded, seeing him cheer to himself for a moment. Laughing a bit, you shut your locker door.
