Due to the low percentage of land remaining on Eden much of the natural food intake is low. Because of this New Law Of Nature, The Council has ordered that each household only consists of three members, Two Parents and One Child. Anyone in the family who does not fit the quota will be taken and used for the blood and soul supply.

Eden is home to many Mystiques, and for years we have lived peacefully amongst each other, however not all races of Mystique are ideal for the progression of the later generations and so as decreed by The Council only certain races hand chosen by The Council themselves are allowed to participate in Prodigy Breeding. However anyone is allowed to participate in progressive breeding.

If you should be chosen to participate in Prodigy Breeding it is mandatory you take the Calling that Serynium has given you with open arms. Any resistance against this law can and will lead to force.

Should you receive a calling of any kind from Serynium it is mandatory you take it. As a citizen on the Olive Branch and a disciple of Serynium, this is your responsibility.

All Mystique's have worshiped our Goddess Serynium and will continue to do so. Any other religion is prohibited and punishable by death. It is viewed as not only a betrayal to your fellow Mystique's but also to Serynium herself.

Bezillis Rituals are held every Full Moon and Gratician Rituals are held every New Moon.
It is required that everyone, no matter the race or circumstances attend both Rituals. The Council has only your well being and prosperity in mind.

All Mystique's take residence on the Olive Branch as it is the line that separates Edens Furnace & Freezer. Crossing The Border put up for your safety, is prohibited and very unwise. The world outside of The Olive Branch's Borders is dangerous and untamed--The Council has only your well being and prosperity in mind.

Having Children without following the proper instructions provided by the council is absolutely prohibited, any and all illegitimate children will be caught and used for The Blood and Soul Supply. A child is deemed illegitimate if it does not meet all qualifications of legitimacy: a. The child must be the only child of the household.
b. the child must have been conceived after marriage.
c. the child's parents must be matched with one another.

All children must be conceived after marriage to ensure the correct number of household members. Until an individual has been assigned their match, safety precautions are taken and handed out to prevent any accidental pregnancies.

As a society that's main purpose is survival, we want to make sure that the future generations are as flawless and evolved as possible. That's why The Council created The Matching System, where specialists view each person's strengths and pair them together with someone that can balance them out, thus creating an ideal child. Every citizen of the Olive Branch is to be paired in a match once they turn eighteen. There are no exceptions.

The Olive Branch is a safe Haven granted to us by Serynium, however there are only so many supplies and space to go around. In order to ensure the survival of our population, any crime, no matter how small, is punishable by death.

All citizens of the Olive Branch forfeit ownership of their deceased bodies to the Council, so that the Council might use the remains for the survival of peace amongst the races. Take pride that your body will be used for such a just and noble cause as The Blood and Soul Supply.

Every citizen of the Olive Branch is required to serve a sentence in Law Enforcement for three years, between the age of 25-30 years old. Any resistance against this law is punishable by death. Only those who add the highest form of contribution to the well being and prosperity of the Olive Branch may be exempt from this rule.

The Council members are chosen by Serynium herself to have a seat on The Council, and therefore only Serynium has the power to remove them from that seat, by death.
