Mochi's POV

I lazily walked out of my room. I was stumbling lightly and placed my hand on the wall. Be quiet... Everyone needs it.

I walked past Hitoshi's room and saw the light still on. I continued to the kitchen. I slowly went to the fridge. I quickly opened it and pulled out a water bottle.

I sighed while shaking my head. I stared at the rest of the fridge. Although my eyes scanned bowls of leftovers and fruits, I still wasn't hungry. Dad and Papa will be worried if this keeps up.

I closed the fridge. Can I force myself to eat? I gently touched my stomach and it ached. I looked at my bare feet on the wooden floor. I bit the inside of my lip and gave up.

I left the kitchen with the water bottle. I stopped at Hitoshi's door. I softly knocked on it. I heard a light, "Come in." I turned the knob.

I went in and softly closed the door behind me. I was facing the door and I could feel his eyes on me. I heard, "What is it, Mochi?"

I mumbled, "Toshi..." I turned around to face him. The worry etched into his face made me stop. I put on a light smile, "Come on now. Where are you hiding your coffee? You need to get to bed."

He sighed, "I don't have any. Did you think I do?"

I went on, "Come on, I know-" I lost my voice. My body became stiff. I looked at him. I wonder what he's up to this time? What's his question?

He said, "Mochi why did you come in here this late?"

I responded, "Because the light was on." Pick straightforward and easy answers.

He then asked, "How did you notice it?"

I replied, "I was going to the kitchen hoping to eat."

He raised an eyebrow. He asked, "Then why do you only have a water bottle?"

I responded, "I couldn't force myself to."

His eyes seemed confused. He uttered, "To what?"

I responded, "To eat." I felt like running away. I just said it to him... How will he react? Will he tell Dad? Papa?

He commanded, "Come here." My body came over to him while he sat on his bed. He then stated, "Sit down." My body responded leaving me sitting at the edge of the bed.

He then scooted over and wrapped his arms around me. He was hugging me tightly. He mumbled, "I had my suspicions. When was the last time you ate?"

I replied, "Three days ago..."

He held me even tighter. He stopped using his quirk. My erasure instantly flooded out. It probably coated the whole house. He mumbled, "I'm sorry the villain attack has messed with you that much." He tugged at my sides, "You have to go back to classes tomorrow too."

I nodded, "Yeah, dad sure is stubborn. He also could be going blind."

Shinso fell silent. His grip loosened slightly yet I didn't move away. I raised my arm and patted at his. He mumbled, "That sounds right..."
