Chapter - 8

Y/n went to the café for her part-time job where she got welcomed by the new couple... Gauravi and Taejoon.

"Y/n~ I was about to call you." Gauravi said with a big smile on her face which was a little odd for normal days "Wae-wae? (Why?) Did you miss me already?" Y/n smirked foolishly at her "Yep~" "Then why don't you date me instead of Taejoon Oppa?" both of them laughed. "Yah-Yah! stop trying to steal my girlfriend Y/n, she is mine." Taejoon said playfully "Yeah~ Like you would date me Y/n because for that you would have to get over your oppas." Gauravi pouted folding her arms "Well-" as the incident with Jhope repeated in Y/n's mind "You know what today-" but she was interrupted by the voice of a customer "Excuse me?" 

Y/n turned to attend to the customer as Taejoon and Gauravi quickly went inside the kitchen resuming their respective work "Yes sir? What would you like to order?" the man was busy reading the menu while Y/n waited for him to decide as he finally turned his face at her "I want-" but stopped with his eyes widening in shock "You?" it came out as a whisper which was not audible to her "Yes sir? You want?" she asked still with a polite smile waiting for him to continue. As he spoke blinking after clearing his throat "Uh? I um... I want 5 iced americanos, 3 with whipped  cream, 1 banana milkshake, and 1 dreamy caramel milkshake, all medium thank you." Y/n nodded typing his order on the computer while the man was constantly staring at her which she did felt but shrugged if off thinking that he must be waiting for her to give him the bill. 

"Sir your name?" she asked looking up at him again "Huh?" "Your name sir." she repeated "My name... umm... Minnie." his mind was too occupied that he said the first name came into his mind "Ch-Choi Minnie... That's my name." "Oh ok, sir~" Y/n typed down the name for the billing though she found that name a little weird but shrugged it off thinking that maybe he have some unknown reason for not telling her his real name which was not her business plus customers often give their fake names just for the billing and it won't affect anything.

After a few minutes...

"Sir your order is ready." Y/n called for the man handing him his take away and bowed "Umm... b-by the way do your café do d-deliveries?" he asked hesitantly "Yes sir... here" she handed him a card "The phone number of the café is on the left side and you can always call for deliveries but that will be only till 7 pm." "Okay! Thank you ~" he kept it in the pocket and walked away.

Meanwhile in Bighit...

"Where did Jimin hyung go? I want my banana milkshake~" Jungkook whined pouting "Hyung I told you to ask some staff but you sent that short human~" "Jungkook-ah have some patience, will you? I didn't send any staff because I don't want to bother them much, they already do a lot for us plus Jimin was already wanting to go out for a walk so that was the most appropriate thing to do." Namjoon said sighing at younger member's whining.

(Isn't he too handsome for us... ouch! this hit me hard)

"You know few staffs told me that the nearby café is really good, especially their pastries and cakes, Now I really wanna try some on my cheat day," Jin said excitedly still lying on the floor since the practice got over. "Yeah-yeah the only thing you and Jungkook think about is food." Taehyung teased "And I don't know why the army calls me the sleeping beauty when it is always Jungkook and Jimin the ones who sleep the most." Yoongi rolled his eyes "I'm just a little lazy okay... even Jin hyung and Namjoon are lazy but no one notices them." as the door of the practice room opened and Jimin entered with a bag in his hand.

"Oh! there you are, we almost got grey hairs while waiting for you but can I really blame you hyung? You have short legs so its not your mistake that you can't walk fast." Jungkook got up and took the bag from him "Yah-yah! I'm not the shortest person in the world and you should thank me first before literally snatching it away like that." Jimin rolled his eyes making others giggle. "Anyways... Jimin, how was the café? I don't know why but I'm a little bit too excited to taste its food because of what description all those staffs gave me. I wish we could directly go there to have the-" as Jimin interrupted Jin "Yeah-yeah hyung I know how excited you and kookie get with food so I bought their card and phone number for the delivery, just one thing was mentioned that they do deliveries only till 7 pm." He handed the card to Jin that Y/n gave him before. They all took their respective beverages and started enjoying them while talking with each other.

Jimin noticed Jungkook sitting in the corner of the room by himself so he walked and sat beside him. "Wow! hyung it's a perfect milkshake... just like I want it to be... perfect favored... correct amount of sweetness, now I know why people like that café." "But you may not like it much after knowing about something." Jimin said turning a bit serious all of sudden making Jungkook turn to face him. "Uh?" "There is a problem Jungkook." Jimin turned towards others making sure no one is paying attention to both of them "What is it Jimin hyung? Is everything okay? Wait... don't tell me... Did someone spotted you while you were at the café? Did someone took your photo? Did-" "Yah hajima~" Jimin accidentally said it out loud grabbing everyone's attention.

 "Hajima~ stop teasing me~ I'm not that short." he continued making others move back to their conversation not interested in his and Jungkook's teasing and whining, Jungkook knew something was wrong so he just laughed a little acting along with Jimin, and spoke "Now tell me hyung... what's so important that you are telling me before Taehyung hyung? Don't tell me it's about him only.... wait... Did you lose the ring he gave you because you are trying to find it since last few days?" "I am but- well that's a different thing... and that's not what I am talking about." "Then what's the thing hyung tell me." Jungkook folded his arms slightly getting annoyed "I will if you stop with your 'DID YOU's'. Anyways the point is that..." "What?"
