A few nights ago Winston, Dean, Kota and I left on our trip to get Lyle. It was hard putting Sawyer to bed for the last time. He was sad we were leaving.

Pa and Orville are gonna take good care of him.

Dean is riding one of our big carriages with me, Winston and Kota have their horses. I still don't feel like I know what's happening. All I know is that we're headed to Saint Riviera.

"You feeling alright?" Dean asked.

I lit a cigarette, "As well as I can be".

"Nervous to get Lyle back?".

"No," I took a second, "I'm worried about wanting the lifestyle back".

"Why? Is yours not sufficient enough?".

"Dean-".

"I'm just saying. You've seemed bored lately".

"I will never be bored with my kid!" I yelled.

"Everything alright back there?" Winston called out.

I sighed, "Yeah, keep it going".

It was quiet for a bit.

"I'm sorry" I handed Dean my cigarette.

He took it, "It's fine".

"The boy needed his father".

"The boy needed his mother," Dean seemed more annoyed, "You chose fucking Lyle over the boy".

"Don't you dare".

"What? You gonna say Lyle is that kids dad?! Huh?!" Dean started getting really angry.

Winston stopped, "What's going on?".

Dean stopped the carriage, got off, and stormed off.

"Nothing. We just need to give him a moment" I sighed.

"Why do you wanna go save Lyle?" Winston asked.

I took a second, "He's my best friend. You wouldn't do anything for your best friend?".

"Even if it meant sacrificing your people?".

I glared, "What're you getting at?".

Winston shrugged.

"You know something I don't".

Winston again shrugged, "I-".

"You do," I took a second, "You seem to know everything that's gonna happen before. Is someone gonna die?".

"Amira-".

"Okay, let's get on with it" Dean hopped back on the carriage.

Winston started riding. I started to panic a little bit, but I kept it to myself. For a long time it was quiet. Nobody talked to anyone.

I knew we were getting close, and we finally got to the city. It looked much different it felt from the last time we were here.

"Alright, so Kota and I are gonna camp outside of town. You'll find us. You guys go find Laura and Sam" Winston looked at me.

I smiled, "Okay".

Kota and Winston went the other direction, and we continued towards the city. I got so excited to see Laura and Sam again.

There it was, Main Street Jewellery.

"I'm nervous" I said as we parked.

Dean smirked, "Amira Clyde nervous?".
