CHAPTER ELEVEN
20 years old one more year and
I can drink in the us

quick note : there will be alot of birthday posts in this chapter

it was everything I ever wanted for my 20th birthday
Flashing lights my friends family the feeling of being on fire music dancing watch each person fall like a dominio wanting to leave and head home people snogging the faces off each other.

"happy birthday Mai!" Safire wrapped her arms around me holding me in a hug as she kissed my cheek
"thank you!" I held the hug after seeing a specific brunette who I'd never met but knew
"and why is Ben chilwell stood in my living room exactly?" I whispered in the blondes ear
"we're uhm kinda talking at the moment" she spat out the sentence playing over in my head as I processed it
"I'm happy for you!!" I laughed looking over to him signalling him to walk over
"Ben you already know who it is but this is Maisie"
"hi Maisie,happy birthday"
"hiya Ben, thank you so much" I smiled at the two as they handed me a bag from their hands and placing them on my fireplace.
i had moved from safire's house a few months later making me feel happy taht I was moving away and being on my own I obviously had everyone over but I had my own space for me.

"mason come on what's your gift for her" my sister asked me
"I told you this the charm bracelet and the photo frame and then Eh nevermind."
"cute but what was the last part?"
"nothing I thought of something I don't even know what I meant."
"okay well get going"

I rushed myself out of the door getting in my car and leaving I wanted to wish the girl I grew to love more than anything in this world the best birthday ever.
I knocked on the door as she answered
"mase!"
"happy birthday maze" I pulled the bag from behind me letting her take it from me
"thank you mase"
She pulled me into a hug longer than normal but I wouldn't move it feel needed and nice.

"aw mase these are so cute" I smiled seeing her face light up
"thank you!" She smiled walking to me with the bracelet
"can you help put this on me?"
I stood up to be level well not so level as I'm a good bit taller, I wrapped the bracelet around her wrist asking her if it was tight enough
"Honestly thank you for everything mase" she genuinely meant what she was saying as her eyes started to water
My two hands cupped her cheeks
"don't be beautiful, your happier now or atleast I think and you've made me happier"
She chucked as I leaned my forehead against hers two smiles on our faces
"I love you maze"
"I love you mase"

I sighed she didn't want what I want there was multiple moments I could have just kissed her or she kissed me is did she not see it too? The thing between us it was like soulmates if I was being honest we were with eachother everyday or atleast we tried she still feels bad after I saved her from Jackson what was I doing wrong?

"thank you so much" i was sick of that sentence and smiling my face hurts a lot now everyone who was invited to my birthday party made it but having to stand there and welcome each and every person every single one had a birthday gift, and one thing was I envied every girl who had her arm wrapped around a guys being single wrecks me I just want a boyfriend.
