"Okay no, what the fuck-"

The three hunters look in front of them to see a mass of... something. They're not exactly sure what it is but it was definitely some sort of meat and was purple.

"Ah, that's it." The woman with them moved past the two and started running towards the mass. Of course, they didn't try and stop her, if anything, depending on what happens to her will sort out what they do here.

she was closing in on the thing but was sorely surprised as a part of the mass shot out and came flying towards her. She had no time to prepare but when she put surprise pressure on her leg it gave out as the purple thing came towards her still.

She was hit like a baseball and launched back the way she came. Both Mia and Ame moved out of the way as the office worker smashed into the ground and rolled to a painful stop.

She laid still for a small moment but slowly got back to her feet with the pain spelled out all over her body.

The shifting of the mass got their attention and it started to basically suck in on itself and soon enough it was nothing but what looked to be a mass of tentacles that came out of a giant magical circle but what was causing the circle was unknown.

Those things can't be cast without a caster but, they all figured that the caster was probably sitting on the other side.

And, they were right, the thing holding the circle turned around but the person casting was a surprise to all of them except the black-haired swordswoman.

"INA?!" Mia yelled and took a step forward but she was grabbed by both Ame and the office worker.

"I remember you two now... we were friends in school."

Now, Ame and Mia were certainly the cool kids back in school but they only had two real friends they ever bothered to really talk to. Ninomae Ina'nis and the person who always went with her everywhere she went, Enma. She acted like a protector of Ina or something close and they've apparently known each other forever, the detectives never really dug too deep about their relationship.

"Oh, sorry for shooting you..."

"Oh yeah, sorry for stabbing you like... four times."

The two girls apologized to each other and gave each other a small fistbump to reconcile the injuries they did to each other.

"So, what do we do about her, she's just standing there... MENACINGLY!!" Ame pointed back to Ina who certainly wasn't the cute loveable girl they knew before.

From the way she just almost one-shot KO'd her friend she's known forever, it wasn't a secret that she wasn't who she used to be. With just a small think back, it was apparent back to what the Second Head had said, they were controlling her but it would run out soon enough.

"If she isn't moving... we don't have to even fight her, right?" Ame was actually afraid to fight her.

Not because she was friends with her but mostly because she has no idea what she IS. As far as they knew, they only knew Ina as the cool girl, never any of this tentacle business or this weird outfit or a cult that wanted her for something.

"I'd say that's about right. Though, if she moves, don't hold back. You'll die." The blunt nature of Enma's words were helpful in a situation like this.

The three girls stare at their friend with anxiety in their eyes. Two of them have no idea what she can do they just know not to hold back...

Ina took just a small step forward and they found that as their moment that the gloves came off.
