Our Fate

Chapter 2

Third person's POV

'Whoever wants to run away, will end up like her.' One of the men threatens while pointing his sword at the dead body,

All the women are shaking in fear, no one dares to move, and that including Mina. Seeing a dead body right infront of her is enough to scare her to the max.

The men force them all into a big carriage, they lock the door, then using horses to pull it away. Inside the carriage, Mina is alarmingly looks around, everyone is crying, too scared for their lives,

'Who are they? Where are they taking us?' Mina asks them, but all she gets is silence, some ignored her, some shook their heads. Then one woman speaks up through her tears, 'They are hunters, they hunt women like us and sell to brothels for money.'

Mina's eyes widen, fear is visible on her face. The only thing in her mind right now is to run away, she checks the door, then the windows of the carriage, but they are tightly locked. Mina is all shaken up, tears are starting to fall, 'No...no...no...this can't be happening.'

Awhile later, the carriage stops at a run down looking house. The men force them out and push them into a big storage shed.

Not long after, a tall man steps in, he has a big scar across his face, making him looks even scarier. All the men there bow to him, clearly showing that he is their leader.

He is standing there, his cold, emotionless eyes scan around,

'Take them to the brothels straight away, before that wench interferes again.' He orders,

'Yes, leader!' They all shout,

'Wait!' The leader says, his eyes land on Mina. He slowly steps over, those women who are standing infront of Mina quickly move aside, give way to him, while Mina is in great fear, too scared to move.

He is now standing right infront of Mina, he scans her from head to toe, then he holds Mina's chin with his hand, forcefully lifts her face up. Mina breathes shakily, her face turns pale,

'I will keep this one for myself.' He says while smirking evily. His eyes are dark and filled with lust.

'Yes, leader!' His men shout.

The leader then just walks out of the shed. Two men walk over to Mina, they take her by the arms and pull her to a big pole in the middle of the room. They tie her to the pole with a rope, with her hands are tied behind her back. Mina resisted strongly but the men are just too strong,

'Let me go! What are you doing? This is illegal. Let me go now.' Mina is trying to talk some senses to them.

But they totally ignore her. They then proceed to force all the other women back out to the carriage, and ride away, leaving Mina all by herself.

Mina is starting to sob, she is too scared, too confused. Just about an hour ago, she was still in her apartment in Seoul, nice and safe, but suddenly she was dragged into this weird world, where everyone seems to be very dangerous, where they kill people without blinking their eyes, where they hunt women and sell them to be prostitutes. Doesn't matter how Mina thinks about it, nothing makes sense, all she wants right now is to be back to her world, not being tied up to a pole like this, and what is going to happen to her next, she is terrified to think about it.

Suddenly the door is slowly opened, someone carefully steps in while checking her surroundings, seeming like she just sneaks in, and trying hard not to get caught. The girl gently closes the door, then turns around, her eyes search around the store room with a bit of disappointment. Then she finally sees Mina, while Mina has been watching her this whole time.
