Can We Wake Up Now?

After everything happened with everything Newt and Thomas deserved a break. Aris said they could have the night together but only the night. They had to deal with more Souls getting close to the base and it was getting harder to keep all of the people safe. So for one night Aris thought it would be great for Newt and Thomas to be able to have just one night just to be together.

Newt walked next to Thomas who was talking about what he used to do before the end of the world and Newt listned to every word he said without missing anything. Thomas used to work at this big ferm called W.I.C.K.E.D corp with his best friend Teresa and they were really good at thier jobs and were always being praised for how good they did and the work they did was amazing. When the world ended Thomas stayed with Teresa for a while but she wanted to get away from this place and ended up leaving Thomas alone for a while until he met up with the people here.

"So Newt, what was your life like before you came to Earth?" Thomas asked him lightly and Newt looked surprised that he wanted to know about his past lives, nobody ever wanted to know about a soul and what they had gone through. "Well I've lived on many different planets in the galaxy. Every single planet was different from the others but of course Earth is one that is quite different from them" Newt smiled up at Thomas as they walked.

"I mean if I had never came to Earth I would never have met you" He said and Thomas smiled, slowly taking Newt's hand into his. Newt looked down at thier hands with a smile before looking back up at him. "You are different then any human I have ever met" He tells Thomas who stops walking and stands in front of him. "And every soul I've met isn't anything like you, you want to learn, you find tasks really interesting and you enjoy telling stories to anyone that will listen to you" Newt looked at him before Thomas cupped his cheek lightly. "Newt I think I'm in love with you"

Newt's eyes widened at this and he wasn't sure on what to say or do but he just looked down slightly. "But this isn't my body, I'm not a real person and I won't ever be. This is Aris' body and one day they will take me out so they can have Aris back" He sighed lightly. "And spending so much time with all of you has made me think that maybe it would be okay" Thomas looked at him as he brought him close to him.

"I won't lose you, I won't let you die" He says, holding Newt close to him. "I have you now, we'll find a way to be together but I'm not letting you go" Newt looked at him shocked as he listened to Thomas' words. "I don't care that this body isn't you, I love you and not this body. You make me smile, laugh and do things I haven't done in a while. All I want is you Newt, I'm so in love with you that losing you would break me, so please. Think about it before you do anything, I want to be there when you make the choice" 

Newt nodded lightly at him before he wrapped his arms around his neck and kissed him, Thomas moving his arms around his waist as they had this moment between each other. Newt loved Thomas too but he didn't want to say it yet because if he said it then left his life forever then it will kill Thomas more then him just leaving. He had a lot of things to think about but he had to talk to Aris about it first.
