I kneeled down onto the floor staying hidden from everyone around. I had gone on ahead like he had asked me to..., but where was he? Shouldn't he be here by now? "Tsk!" I stare down at my hands. They were trembling...It hadn't worn off yet... There was soon a yell before things became hectic, "damn it..."
...
I look at the day and time...I should call. Just to see if he's alright. It seems to be the only thing I'm good for nowadays. My phone rings as I call.
"(Y/N) what's up? Anything new?" I could hear something in the background.
"Viktor..." I sigh, "have you gone out at all? You seem to only be inside all day long. At least tell me you've been eating well." That's right...he'd practically rot if I don't check up on him every now, and then.
"(Y/N)~, don't be my mom right now," he teased while laughing like a child. "Oh? What's that? I am hungry, and I haven't come out since your last visited. I wonder what you'll bring over. You'll bring over those delicious fish shaped buns right?"
"I won't be bringing over any treats for a misbehaving brat. If you want them you can go walk outside, and buy them yourself." I could hear a slight pout.
"No, but seriously it's getting a bit lonely here. Come over please~," I stay quiet for a second, "...I haven't eaten all day you know so you might as well come over with some food."
"I'll come over, but you need to promise me you'll eat."
...
"Viktor don't eat that fast. You'll choke." I look down as he eats. I walk around noticing the mess. "Well at least you manage to keep the place clean." He looks over to me.
"Unlike you..." he slyly whispers. I glance at him making him slightly jump. He nervously laughs before changing the subject, "(Y/N) aren't you hungry?" I shake my head. I frown as I see how messy his hair is. It was getting long, and it was now covering his eyes..he couldn't keep up with this anymore. I come over before placing my hand on his head feeling his strands of hair. He had curly dirty blonde hair...that was now covering his blue eyes.
"You need a hair cut." I yawn, "I'll cut it maybe tomorrow or so. Tomorrow I'll also try dragging you outside."
"What?!" He looked over immediately.
"It's for your own good Viktor."
"B-But..." He looks down, "I um barely know the language."
"I call bull. You've been here for two years, and you seem to be speaking it quite well. Not to mention you were already speaking it before you came here." He looks to the side. He nervously smiles. He shakes his head before speaking his native tongue. I frown before shaking my head back, "that won't work Viktor," I speak back at him in his native tongue.
"I have an embarrassing accent?" I shake my head at his excuses.
"You're about to turn twenty. Stop being a child." He tilts his head before laughing.
"You're acting like a mom, but you're not that much older than me." He looks down slightly, "so I don't think you should be nagging me about my health especially when you yourself aren't doing so good either. You don't seem to be getting enough sleeping. At least I sleep."
"I came here to give you a lecture not the other way around." I hold onto my head feeling slightly light headed. "Yeah you've got me..." I look down, "Viktor you've still got enough money to sustain yourself don't you?" It was worrisome thinking about it, but eventually, the money will run out.
