"Iridium? What did they need the iridium for?" Bruce asked, shaking his hand in the air.

He got cut off as Coulson walked in while discussing something with the man next to him. Tony patted Coulson's shoulder and walked towards the center of the room. He stuffed his hands in his pocket and answered.

"It means that the portal won't collapse on itself like it did at SHEILD. No hard hard feelings point break," He pulled his hand out and patted Thor's arm. "you've got a mean swing. Also, it means the portal can open as wide, and stay open as long as Loki wants." He walked up to the command chair surrounded by computers.

"Uh, raise the mid-mast, ship the top sails!" He ordered to the crew, "That man is playing GALAGA! He thought we wouldn't notice, but we did."  He said, pointing to a random man in the sea of crew members.

He put his hand over his eye, and looked around at the computers. "How does Fury do this?" He asked, an appalled expression on his face. He dropped his hand to the side.

"He turns."  Agent Maria Hill said, her face void of emotion, clearly not amused by Stark's childish antics.

Tony looked around at the monitors, "Well that sounds exhausting!" He sighed, placing a button under of Fury's desk. "The rest of the raw materials, Agent Barton can get his hands on pretty easily. Only major component he still needs is a power source. A high energy density, something to kick start the cube."

Agent Hill looked at him in surprise, "When did you become an expert in thermonuclear astrophysics."

Tony rolled his eyes, "Last night. The packet, Selvig's notes, the Extraction Theory papers. Am I the only one who did the reading?"

Percy perked up, "I did!" She raised her hand in excitement.

Tony turned to face her, he looked at her with surprise.

"You weren't in the file." He said, looking around at the others around him.

Bruce looked to the ground, sniffing uncomfortably as Steve just shook his head and shrugged.

"She's my niece." Natasha broke the silence. She leaned back in her chair, "I've been slowly training her since the age she was 6, she's more than ready to be here, and she earned her spot when she fought against one of our best and almost won until a brick flew out of nowhere and knocked her out."

Percy beamed at her aunt's words, her smile growing slightly.

Steve rubbed his chin, glancing over at Percy. "Look, I get that she's a good fighter, but don't you think that there's a point where it's just a question of ethics? I mean she's a kid!" He pointed at her, and put his hand to his waist as if trying to measure her height.

Bruce cleared his throat, "I wasn't going to say anything but I've got to agree with Steve. I thought that there was an age requirement for joining SHEILD?" He looked at Percy, his voice getting more and more quiet.

Natasha turned to Percy, and Percy got out of her seat and walked out, rolling her eyes at Steve. The door closed behind her silently as she started to walk away like her aunt told her to.

"Look, gentlemen, Percy is an agent now, and there's nothing you can do to change that. I believe that with the right training she can be one of SHEILD's biggest assets. She's already shown to be a great fighter and I've known her long enough to know that she has good instincts and problem solving skill's, along with a good brain. And those are all things we could use here." Fury looked to face Steve and Bruce, his one eye staring intensely at the two.

"I understand what you're saying Fury, but I don't agree with it and I can't work with a kid. She isn't old enough. She shouldn't have to be dealing with this--this saving the world stuff." Steve argued back, his forehead crinkled as he glanced at the door.
