chapter 4

" DON'T BREAK HIS BONES LUZ- " 


" HE FLIPPED ME OFF "


luz and hunter were fighting each other ( which they took it downstairs ) but not with magic, but with fists. They both didn't go hard on each other more like easy horseplay 

" GAH STOP PULLING MY HAIR LUZ " screamed hunter

" SHOULD'VE NOT FLIPPED ME OFF "

the fight went into a fighting ball where there was so much action you couldn't see what was going on

" ENOUGH- "

Eda grabbed both luz and hunter by the back of the shirt and hunter fought back a little but gave up since his fist hurt and he was tired 

" titan you two can cause chaos quick- " eda said out of breath

she first placed luz down slowly but held hunter still

" you can only limp so I'm carrying you "

" put me down, owl lady! "

hunter attempted to fight back but the same sharp pain from his right leg came back so stopped 

" calm down I won't bite golden boy "

eda then carried hunter bridal style which hunter alone panicked and started to jerk his hand a lot 

" whoa calm down I won't hurt you-"

hunter then tried to hold in the panic tics a little so it was a tiny motion grab 

"I won't place you down since I don't trust somebody," eda said, eyeing luz 

hunter got a little more scared since most of the time when someone carried him it meant  punishments

and his body didn't react well 

he couldn't hold it in anymore and in an instant, his hand jerked and hit the table hard so then eda grabbed his hand gently 

" I'm not here to scare you- you wanna sit down "

" ... "

ed sighed and said "I'll try to be slow with you so I'm taking that as a yes "

she walked over to the living room where king was napping on the couch and set hunter down on the other side of the couch and he twitched a bit. Meanwhile, luz sat in a corner and pouted 

I won't warm up to these ' strangers '  hunter thought they can kiss my wrist if they think they're getting anything from me! But what about belos-.. he probably would punish me if he knew I was here and I'll just die right on the spot with his staff...

" golden boy? "

Hunter snapped out of his little trance to see eda next to him on the couch and luz sitting by the corner still grumpy at hunter

" What do you want? "


" nothing kid- you looked spaced out so- "

" ... "

" can you just not be grumpy," luz said sitting up 

" you sat in the corner pouting so fuck off "

" wow your moody " luz replied back 

hunter scooted away from eda to the other side of the couch, mumbling something then just curling up to a ball 


" you good- "

" I'm fine owl lady "

" . . . "

" Why are you trying to help me? " 

" huh " 

" do you want something from me owl lady? or do you want me here for capture meant? "

" no no I don't want that- you looked beat up and I didn't want to throw you out like that- "

" so you- cared for the enemy? why- why even? "

" because even if your the enemy I couldn't let you die out there "

the room became silent while hunter thoughts were crowding him 

is she joking? being nice to the enemy- that's- that's crazy! that's-

before hunter could finish his thoughts  he felt two arms circle around him and he panicked again nearly hitting the arms around him but he staring slightly jerking his head 

" don't fright I'm only hugging you! " luz said

" he kinda tics to touch so don't be hard- " eda commented 

" now why- " 

" It looked like you haven't had one that meant something so "

" heh- yeah.. "
