" What the hell are you talking about?" I look through the window at the entrance to the school, "where?"

" The four men towards the parking"

"Very precise", I laughed to try to relax him, he seemed so panicked.

I looked in the direction he was pointing and indeed there were four men. They looked the part, yes, but they weren't necessarily hunters.

" Are you sure?" I'd had my paranoid phase, so now I don't run away when I see someone who looked like a hunter, but it took me a while.

Liam nodded.
" I have no doubt, it's the Argents."

" Like Scott's friend?" The ringing interrupted me.

Liam nodded.
After grabbing my notebook, I head for Keelin.

" Keelin, I have to hurry, see you tomorrow!" I left the room before she could ask me any questions, followed by Liam.
I took my phone out of the back of my jeans's pocket and texted Cora to tell her to be careful.

" What are you going to do ?" Liam asked as he walked beside me.

I stopped walking, surprised by his question
"Because you think I have a plan?"

Liam shrugged his shoulders.
My phone vibrated; it was Cora calling me:

"Jade, where are you?"

At the same time, I saw her brown hair at the other end of the hallway, we started to move towards her

" I see you, don't move, we're coming."

" We?"

" Liam and I"

Arrived next to her, I hang up and address directly to her

" Liam says that there are hunters, the Argents, in front of the school. "

At the same time, Cora received a message. Her light brown almond eyes widened as she looked at her phone.

" We have to get out of here fast, they put wolfsbane in the vent system, Scott thinks we have about ten minutes before the wolfsbane really begins to be feel. " We started heading for the exit.

" They probably guard the exits, they don't know me, I'll create a diversion." I suggested

Only a few meters separated us from the exit and as I had expected, some men seemed to be watching the people who were coming outside.

There were 4 of them, I had seen worse, they were not the ones I had seen through the window, others must have been watching the other exits.

Cora grabs my arm
" Wait, wait "

" Trust me, I've seen much worse hunters", and that putting it mildly, I said to myself.

She released me and I headed for the exit, I took my phone and put it to my ear as if I were calling someone.

" Hey, where are you? What's up?" I said, raising my voice

" What, what's going on? Are you okay?"
I saw that one of the men on the right of the exit, a dark-haired man in his forties with a square jaw, was listening to what I was saying.

I continued to move forward and noticed that he had warned the others because now two of the four men were following me.

" What, but explain me, maybe I can help you! What, but where are you now?"
I paused for a moment and then continued, " who? I thought you didn't like them? Okay, I'm coming. "

Now the four men were behind me, I went behind a thicket.

" What do you mean ? you don't want me to come? " I pretended to be annoyed, "go ahead hang up on me!"
I put my cell phone back in my pocket.

A man's voice sounded behind me

" Does your friend have a problem ?"
His voice seemed almost honest if I didn't know the truth.

I turned to the group of men, they were impressive, but I didn't show them my fear, that's not the thing to do...
