Wrens POV
Asguard was beautiful to say the least.We have been her a week and I still haven't seen all of the kingdom.Living in Thor's kingdom was amazing and like a fairytale come true.I looked out my window to see Thor on the cobble stone pathway taking to his brother Loki.You could tell Thor loved him but the feelings weren't always mutual between the brothers.I walked outside and stood next to Thor.
What a beautiful woman Loki charmed kissing my hand.
"Loki I'm not interested please stop"
"Brother she is uninterested you must respect her wishes..I will not tolerate her being disrespected"I rolled my eyes slightly knowing those words were straight out of Tony's mouth.
"I'm gonna take a walk"
"Don't go past limits okay"
"Yes I won't"I walked to the markets and couldn't keep my mind off Bucky.We had talked a lot at first my nightmares coming back with a full force.I hovered over his contact thinking about calling him.I ignored the want to call him so I wouldn't bother him.Peter's contact flashed on my phone and I smiled.
"Do you miss me already we talked twice already this morning"
"I always miss you Wren..but actually this time it's Pepper and Morgan too"I switched it to FaceTime and they all popped up with big smiles.
Hi Wren Morgan yelled excitedly.
"Hi cutie..hi pepper"
"Hi honey are you being safe"
"Always"

Bucky's POV
Still nothing Steve murmured into the ear piece.
"Nothing yet..Sam Nat what about you"
"Nothing yet"
"All these leads are shit"
"Calm down Buck okay we will take care of it"
"We've been following dead leads all week"
"We will find them Bucky we want to take them down too"
"Why don't you call Wren"
Sam shut the fuck up I growled.
"Hey don't shoot the messenger I'm sure she's missing you too"
"Your not ever going to let me live this down are you"
"Absolutely not Bucky"
"Yeah I'm with Sam on this one"The first night here without Wren I got drunk enough where I spilled my guts to all three of them telling them my feelings for Wren.Natasha was the only one that was surprised.My phone pinged and I fumbled for it making Steve chuckle.
"Shut up"
"Buck I've never seen you act like this for a girl"
Wren isn't just a girl I whispered opening the message and immediately smiling.
"Guys it's a cute selfie"
"Steve fuck off"
"Oh my god I'm dying"
"Sam fuck off too"
"Uh guys hate to cut this short but I got eyes on our guy"

"We got it"
"On our way too"Steve and Nat were taking down members by surprise where I sniped them out before they even hit the building.Needing this mission to be over with so I can get Wren.

Wrens POV
I got out of the shower to see Bucky had called me a couple times.I dialed him back and he answered on the second ring.
"Doll are you alright"
"Hi Bucky yes sorry I was in the shower"
"Okay how was your day"
"Another day using my healing powers..starting to think this was a pointless mission..how's yours"
"Good we just busted a huge ring of criminals selling and transporting the guns out of wakanda"
"That's great Bucky"
"Yeah after a week's worth of dead ends it felt good to get a win basically"
"Bucky"
"Yes doll"
"I don't want you to freak out"
"What is it doll"
"Thor's brother keeps trying to make advances"
He what Bucky growled.
"Thor keeps shutting him down but his advances are only getting stronger"
"Im sorry doll"
"It's okay..just wish you were here"
"Me too doll me too"There was a comfortable silence and I just listened to whatever he was doing in the background.
Doll did you sleep last night he murmured when he heard me yawn.
Not very well I whispered and I heard him sigh.
"Me either doll was missing you to much"Tears slipped down my cheek.
Miss you too Bucky I whispered quietly.
"Oh doll don't cry"I hiccuped and grabbed his jacket crushing it to my chest.
"Sh doll deep breaths okay you're okay"
Bucky I whimpered and he switched to FaceTime.I slowly calmed down seeing his face and he smiled when he seen his jacket in my arms.
"I didn't know you packed my jacket"
"I figured since we weren't together it would be at least something comforting"
"Oh doll"
"Lady Wren"
"Hang on Bucky..yes Anita"Thor had one of the girls help look after me that kept my room and laundry done.It was weird being waited on hand and foot but at least she was nice and we got along quite well.
"Dinner is served"
"Okay thank you"
"Call me later okay doll"
"Okay..bye Bucky"
"By doll"I walked down to the dining hall and see Thor and Loki talking to a couple people.
Lady Wren Thor's voice boomed and I smiled softly.He pushed in my chair and I smiled.
"Thank you Thor"
"Your welcome so how was your day is your healing powers getting stronger"
"Yes very much"We were served roast beef with potatoes and a mixed vegetable blend.Loki avoided talking to me and I sighed in relief hopefully Thor's words sticking in his head.I ate quickly listening to Thor's plan for tomorrow which is take me to through the rest of the kingdom limits.I smiled excitedly and took my plate to the kitchen.
Oh lady wren you don't have to do that Anita gasped rushing to take it from me.
"It's okay Anita I can clean up after myself"
"Please Lady Wren"
"Fine thank you Anita"
"Your welcome lady Wren"I slipped away from the boys going for a small exploring session.I had been through most rooms on the 1st floor.2nd floor was a lot of bedrooms.I walked into the library running my fingers over the broken in spines.I could tell some of them were original copies.I picked up Jane Eyre and walked to my room.I decided to read til Bucky messaged me that he was available for our help each other sleep FaceTime.I plugged my phone in and opened to the first page my fingers skimming over the words.
"Lady Wren are you in here"
"Yes Anita"
"Thors going to be throwing a ball this weekend he'd like you to attend"
"Okay I'll go"
"Thor has me organizing some gowns to be brought over tomorrow"
"Sounds great Anita thank you"
"Your welcome Lady Wren"my phone beeped and I smiled softly.
'FaceTime ready doll'
'Let me go to my room will call you in just a minute'
'Okay doll'I put the book back and walked to my room FaceTiming Bucky right away.
"Hi"
"Hi"
"Thor's having a ball"
"So like poofy dresses and everything"
"Yeah I guess it's gonna be weird I don't think I've seen Thor in anything besides his armor"
"Me either doll"
"So how much longer in your mission"
"We actually leave tonight to get back to the compound"
"Oh okay"
"You still have three weeks right doll"
Yeah I mumbled and he frowned.
"Oh doll don't be sad"
"I'm just lonely it's not like Thor can actually hang out..he's to busy running everything here"
"I know doll I'm sorry your lonely"
"It's okay the FaceTimes help"
"Well I'm glad I can help a little"
"You help more than a little Bucky"I climbed under the duvet and propped my phone up so I could still see him.
Tell me about wakanda Bucky please"
"It's great..you'd like T'challa he's awesome..he took me in when Steve saved me you know gave me a sense of purpose"
"That's really nice of him"
"Yeah it was"
"Buck it's gonna be wheels up in about 15"
"Alright Steve"I smiled and soon his blonde hair was visible.
"Hi wren"
"Hi"He left the room with a quick shove from Bucky.
"So what did you do when you lived in wakanda"
"I actually raised goats for t'challa"
"Oh that's cool..I wouldn't think of you as someone with raising goats"
"Yeah I know pretty funny right"I giggled at his deepened smile.
"Buck you ready"
"Yeah I'll be right there..okay doll I'll call you tomorrow"
"Okay fly safe"
"We will"
