You woke up in the middle of the night in pain and then you notice what was going on
"Saeran." You say and Saeran rolls over sleepily
"Yes my love?" Saeran says but he was wide awake
"My water broke." You say and Saeran rushes to get things together and get pearl as he gets you and pearl in the car and drives you to the hospital

You were in the hospital bed as Saeran holds your hand and saeyoung was with pearl outside in the waiting room
Saeran didn't leave your side at all and stayed right next to you
You just leaned your head against him needing him close and Saeran kisses the side of your head
"Don't worry I won't be going anywhere, ever again." Saeran says and you smile

After hours of giving birth you finally gave birth a beautiful baby boy Saeran was smiling at them as he sits on the bed beside you as you feed him
"He's so precious." Saeran says as pearl runs with saeyoung and Saeran helps he rip onto the hospital bed
"Hey pearl meet your baby brother." You say and pearl smiles so happily as she kisses his forehead and giggles
Saeran smiles he knew there was still things to fix and stuff to do, and work he has to do on himself and life won't ever be completely perfect
But it's perfect enough for him
