It was late like 3am and saeyoung told me to just go home so I did
I walk through the front doors of my house and walk up the stairs and go to mine and y/ns bedroom, I see y/n and pearl asleep in the bed and I walk over to y/n to give her a kiss, but I see dried tears on her cheeks and I felt bad but then again she could have had a nightmare, or she was crying because of me again me because of my messed up past that I want to let go of but I can't
*I'm a terrible husband and father why am I even one?* Saeran thinks as he slumps down and leans against the bed and sighs
"I don't deserve the life I have," I whisper as I get up and sit on the bed and rub y/ns back as she sleeps
After a few minutes pearl woke up and when she saw me and jumped into my arms and hugged me
"DADA!!!" Pearl yells and I shush her
"Mommy's still asleep so quiet," I say and pearl nods
"Your home dada but why did you leave again?" Pearl asks and I felt terrible
"It's just some stuff pearl and your to young to understand it all." I say and pearl nods
"Ok dada but I don't like it when you leave." Pearl says sadly and I just hug her, I felt even more terrible why am I even a father? Why am I married? Why did y/n marry me and not the person her parents were trying to get her to marry but she didn't she rejected the guy over and over and she married me
"I'm sorry pearl." I say and pearl hugs me and kisses my cheek
"Its ok dada I love you!" Pearl says and I smile
"I love you too pearl."

You woke up to quiet talking confused you sit up and rub the sleep out of your eyes and when you look over you see Saeran and pearl
Saeran looks over and smiles at you slightly
"Hey pearl why don't you go downstairs and watch cartoons." You say and pearl nods and jumps off the bed and then runs downstairs and Saeran then sits beside you
"I'm sorry y/n." Saeran says and you smile at him
"It's fine Saeran you don't need to apologize just please talk to me more." You say and saeran nods
"I'll try I promise."
You hug Saeran and kiss the top of his head
"I love you saeran."
"I love you too y/n."
