"You told him about his invulnerability?" Jimin asked, surprised.
"I know what I'm doing. He was going to realize it someday. So I thought it was better if I was the one who told him that. You trust people who are frank with you, tell you things that others hide from you," The King smirked.
Jimin nodded, "True. You did the right thing, Your Majesty"
He could see how hard The King was trying to gain Taehyung's trust. If it wasn't for mutual trust, The King's plan might have already started working. Jimin didn't have much to worry about except the fact that The King was going to lose his patience someday and he still had not found a solution for that.
Jimin was looking at The King, waiting if he had something to talk about.
Shortly after that, Taehyung arrived at the throne room. The King had told him that he had to talk about something important.
Jimin left, leaving the two alone.
The King asked Taehyung to sit on one of the seats and sat beside him.
Taehyung too wanted to talk to The King about something but he decided to hear The King first.
"What do you want to talk about?"
"I wanted to tell you something important, so listen carefully"
Taehyung nodded, giving his attention to what The King.
"I'm hoping that the person I called to teach you Zeť techniques and to supervise a few of my men will arrive within a few days. No doubt, he is a good teacher but you should know that he's a trickster and you should be extremely cautious around him."
"Trickster? Why?" Taehyung was surprised and clueless.
"It's not a short story"
"It's ok. I still need to know since you're telling me it's something important. I need to know the whole thing," Taehyung said.
The King nodded, "You're right"
Then he told Taehyung about Seokjin like it was written in those books.
The King even told him that Seokjin no longer had a golden core so there was no way for him to repeat what he did yet a trickster always remains a trickster and he should be careful around him.
Earlier, Taehyung was going to tell The King to not ask Seokjin to come but after hearing about Seokjin, Taehyung thought about changing his decision.
He wondered how bad Seokjin was when The King talked about him that way. He wondered why Seokjin was so cruel to kill The King's sister and even put the lives of others in danger.
He didn't know why Seokjin tried to hurt Yoongi and the people close to him when Yoongi didn't look like someone who would meddle with other people's lives or hurt others.
Seokjin seemed really cruel from what Taehyung heard and for some reason. He couldn't deny that he felt closer to the people in the castle, they were really like his friends. So did have a feeling of teaching Seokjin some lesson but also wondered if he was really that cruel because to him, Seokjin sounded more mysterious than cruel.
Taehyung was curious to find out more.
"I got you. Thank you for telling me about it. I'll be careful around Seokjin," saying that name felt mysteriously overwhelming. "Seems like I should really be," he mumbled.
"Yes, you should," The King added.
"I will," he nodded, then got up and shook hands with The King, "Thanks again!"
