A ray of sunshine intruded through the window and landed on Luffy's eye, he groaned and rolled over by instantly realizing something was missing.

"Traffy!" He shot up out of bed and looked around, there was no sign of him. 'Maybe he went out to the deck already.' Luffy sadly smiled, he would be able to talk with him one last time before his departure.

He uncovered the sheets to see that he was completely naked, but there was no more cum on his chest like there had been, and the sheets seemed clean as well.

Luffy hopped out of bed, his legs felt weak but he ignored it and he hurried and threw on some clothes. He sprinted out to the deck his legs barely able to make the trip. He wanted to see Law again, he wanted to embrace him and be able to kiss him one last time. He arrived out to the deck to see that some of the crew was already awake.

"Hey, good morning guys!" Luffy gave them a big smile as he waved his hands in the air. He hid the fact that his legs were shaky as he didn't want to risk them finding out about what happened last night.

"Morning Luffy," Sanji muttered as he took another puff from his cigarette. Luffy was happy to see Sanji that way he could as a favor from him.

"Hey Sanji could you cook up a meal, I promised Traffy that we could all eat together one last time before he left!" Luffy exclaimed.

"And make sure it's extra taste to also if we have the ingredients could you make onigiri and some grilled fish, it's Traffy favorite," Luffy asked with his signature bright smile, however, Sanji didn't respond right away.

"Listen Luffy-" He was cut off by Luffy, who started frantically looking around for something like he had lost something and wasn't able to find it.

"Say, where's the submarine at wasn't it here yesterday?" Luffy asked looking over the edge of the ship where he and Law went fishing.

"And where is the heart pirates, shouldn't some of them be up by now?" Luffy asked confused.

"Luffy, they already departed." His words struck Luffy's heart like a bullet. "They left before any of up even got up, so we weren't able to say goodbye to them neither."

Luffy started to feel his heart sink, 'they... Already left, they couldn't have Law wanted to eat breakfast with us before he left.' Luffy ran back Inside the ship and slammed the door behind him.

He started to feel nauseous, he was making himself sick. He started crying, the tears once again falling into his hands, he started making his way back to his room when his legs gave out beneath him, causing him to drop down to his knees.

"Why Traffy, you said we would have some more time together." He whispered, he felt like he was losing a member of his crew, It felt awful and he could feel his heart being torn in two.

He manage to get back on his feet as he started limping back to his room. Before he could make it he collapsed again he plummeted towards the floor as he started to feel his vision become blurred.

"What happened to you." Luffy opened his eyes a slight bit to see Zoro holding him up to prevent him from falling. He stood Luffy up straight and made sure he wouldn't fall again like last time.

"Now, you want to tell me what's wrong?" Zoro asked, and just from the thought made tears stream down Luffys face.

"T-Traffy left, he didn't stay for breakfast I couldn't hold my promise... I promised him." Luffy attempted to while away the tears but they just kept falling. Zoro started to understand the situation and pulled him into a comforting hug.

"He's gone now and he might never come back, but you need to move past that and just keep pushing forwards." Zoro tried to give him words of encouragement, he was the best at comforting people.

Luffy hugged him back and sobbed into his cloak. Zoro just let him be, he knew how close Luffy had gotten to Law in the past few weeks that they were together.

"It will be alright." Zoro patted his captain's back. "You still have your crew, don't you?"

"I'm sorry I couldn't stay with you Luffy." He sat in his spinning chair looking out the window of his underwater submarine. There wasn't much he could see besides the dark empty void.

Law regretted his decision to leave before Luffy woke up, he didn't even get to say goodbye. However, he figured it was better this way, he wouldn't be able to say goodbye without him feeling needles piercing his heart.

'I know you're sad, but it was better for both of us if we didn't see each other.' Law was trying to justify his actions, even though he knew he was in the wrong.

The submarine echoing filled the silent room, as a single tear fell from Law's eyes. He wiped it away but before long more kept falling, he couldn't stop them from pouring out. His heart ached as he wept thinking of the last week they spent together.

"I'm sorry, Luffy."
