he ten minutes went by like ten seconds. There was clapping and other noises upstairs. It became louder with every step towards the stage. I put on my guitar, and walked over to where Jimmy was standing with his guitar. “All right! Let’s go!” Bonzo yelled over the audience. Oh my God. It was happening again. Jimmy had his double neck. The first song was The Song Remains the Same. Jimmy played the first note. Then we all chimed in. I didn’t sing for this song. We finished the song. I started to loosen up. Jimmy grabbed his Les Paul, and he grabbed my hand. I waved out to the audience, and I got a reply. So much screaming and clapping. It made me smile. “This one is called Sick Again.” I just learned how to play this at home. I walked up to the mic to help Robert sing, but I Played the opening notes with Jimmy. “From the window of your rented limousine, I saw your pretty blue eyes. One day soon you're gonna reach sixteen, Painted lady in the city of lies.” I couldn’t help but dance. It was a catchy song. I played the ending with Jimmy. Then the audience went crazy. There was silence on the stage. Everybody was looking at me. I shrugged my shoulders, and started to play “Nobody’ Fault but Mine.” I loved this song. Robert started  to mimic my guitar, and then, the rest of the band joined in. “No no no nobody's fault.” The song seemed to go by faster than the others. We did  “In My Time of Dying.” “Since I’ve been loving You.” and “No Quarter.” Before we had a small break. There was no sign of the murderer yet. That’s what scared me. We all got drinks, and something quick to eat. “You guys are amazing!” Everybody smiled at me. “You’re not that bad yourself Meredith.” Jonesey said to me. I blushed a little. “Thanks.”

We walked back up to the stage. Jimmy stopped me. “Can you just wait on the side for a sec? I’ll make the announcement.” I smiled, and stood next to a Security Guard. “So, you’re the girl from Madison.” He seemed nice. “Yes. Nice to meet you!” He smiled. “Nice to meet you too.” He tipped his hat to me. Then Jimmy walked up the the mic. “Hey. Well, I think you all see that there is a girl guitarist up here tonight.” The crowd went crazy. “Some of you might remember her as Meredith, from Madison Square Garden. Well, then, she was my girlfriend.” The band looked confused, and they looked at each other. “Well, I am now proud to say that she will be Mrs. Page.” The crowd went berserk, and the boys all yelled and group hugged Jimmy. They all were laughing, and I was too. “Man, congratulations!” The security guard said to me. “Thank you!” Jimmy walked back to the mic. “So, I would like to dedicate this song to her. Thank You.” I started to get a little teary eyed. The sun came out, shining through the windows, and lighting up the crowd. Jimmy started to play, and Jonesey played his keyboard. I looked down at the Security guards belt. There was a taser, a baton, and a gun. I looked at Jimmy. He looked so happy. I looked at my hand, and took off the bandage. I looked at my ring, and something shone in my eye just as Robert was getting ready to sing.
