ariyah's house

Ariyah laughs as she watched Corpse move her small Christmas tree into the living room. "Shut up," Corpse laughs as he almost drops an ornament but catches it before it breaks. He sets the tree down and plugs it in making the sadnest christmas tree ever, but it was nice to have someone trying so hard for her.

"I think it's missing something," He says and disappears into the spare room, coming back out with a wrapped box.

"Corpse!" Ariyah scolds, "I thought we agreed on no presents!?" Corpse laughs and sets the present under the tree. Ariyah sighs dramtically and hurries into her room, coming out with a wrapped box as well.

"fucking dirty liar," Corpse says, a smile on his face as he watches her put the present next to his and step back. They both stand in silence, admiring the small piece of christmas spirit that they both contributed to.

"Do you want to open your present?" Corpse asks, carefully picking the small box back up. Ariyah smiles and nods, picking up the one for him as well. They quickly switch before going to sit on the couch.

"You first," Corpse nudges and Ariyah looks over at him, narrowing her eyes playfully before opening up the small box and her features softening when she sees what's inside. A chain necklace that looked a lot like several that Corpse wore around. More specifically, the chain that she always told him that she was going to steal. She carefully picks it up, smiling as she admires the metal, it was simple, just a chain, but to was perfect.

"Corpse," Ariyah smiles, "how much was this?" She knew that chain necklaces, especially ones of this quality,

"Don't worry about it," Corpse smiles, reaching over to take it out of her hands and helping her put it on

His hands wander to her shoulder lightly rubbing them before pulling her into his chest, planting a soft kiss to the top of her head. Ariyah smiles, relaxing into his arms for a moment before pulling away and motioning towards his present.

"Your turn," she smiles and he sighs, slowly ripping the wrapping paper before opening the box. His face softens when he sees the silver sword handing off of a chain and he picks it up, admiring it before turning it over to see the engraving. pretty boy

"Pretty boy?" he asks and Ariyah smiles,

"That's you," she says and Corpse's face hurts from smiling. She helps him put it on like he had for her and they are left face to face. They'd only kissed one time, on friendsgiving. Corpse knew he should hold himself back, they weren't offical and he knew it probably wasn't good to be some romantically involved with just a friend. But he couldn't hold himself back and without a second thought he cups her face and kisses her.

It's so much more than the first kiss. Ariyah feels a wave of warmth fill her during the kiss. His other hand grips her side keeping her close as they enjoy each other and Ariyah's hand find his hair at the base of his neck. She lightly pulls at them and Corpse finally pulls away, pants leaving both of their mouths as they just stare at each other, and as Corpse catches his breath he leans back in and realizes that he's offically fucked.

tuesday

ariyah's house

"So they get his food in the morning and then this food at night?" Corpse asks, clarifying for about the 10th time that day. "And they can have pretty much as many of these treats as they want but one a couple of these?"

Ariyah laughs as she packs up the last of her items and nods. "You're going to do fine Corpse, it's only for a week,"

Corpse sighs and picks up the bags of food and carries them out to his car. The dog's had about as many bags as Ariyah and he was scared that he was going to mess something up even though Ariyah promised that it didn't matter as long as the dogs are fed.

Gab sat on the porch with Soph. They were reviewing each other's pictures but posting and He laughs at them. "What are you laughing at Mr. Choke me?" Gab asks with fake intemidation. Corpse sets the dog's things into the back seat of his car before looking over at Ariyah's friends.

"Nothing, nothing," he says, holding up his hands in defense and Soph rolls her eyes.

"You can't judge us until you grow balls and ask out Ariyah already,"

Corpse freezes, his mouth going dry and he can't help but let anxiety fill his chest. "Ariyah doesn't like me like that," Corpse chuckles and Gab laughs.

"Yeah, that's why you're the first guy to stay in her house with her in over a year,"

Soph speaks up as well, "and that's why when we got here this morning she was literally sleeping on top of you,"

Corpse blushes, and ignore them as he walks back inside, eyes immediately finding Ariyah saying goodbye to her dogs. She stands up soon after and hugs Corpse, his hands finding her hips immediately.

"I'm going to miss you," she finally admits and Corpse smiles,

"I'll miss you too,"
