Chapter six; 𝐇𝐀𝐋𝐅 𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄

The boy sputtered, with pitch black hair and cobalt blue orbs, he hadn't looked so concerned.

"Dead?" He murmured, the taller Raven nodded with a rested expression on his face.

"Huh, that's a surprising one. Didn't expect the most violent bitch would be the one to die so early." He shrugged, though — something about his movements, even his voice had made Tomioka hesitate to speak.

"Say, how did he die?" This was quite unusual, even though the two ravens only knew each other for a few days — not even a week; Giyuu couldn't help shake the feeling that something was off.

"I-.. Uh, don't know. Apparently, he'd just been taken by Haru and disappeared. That's the most information I had been given." He said, Nico shrugged, and within seconds; beginning to cough.

"Your throat hurts? Ah, it must be because of the incident. Are you fine? Or must I ge-"

"No, I'm uh—.. okay."
Silence. Tranquil drops of rain with a soothing rhythm played gracefully in the background, though the intense atmosphere ruined the serenity.

"I'm just kinda worried. He's probably dead, all that shit. But honestly, he was a pretty cool dude. Reminded me a bit of somebody." He admit. He seemed calm about it, not a hint of embarrassed blush showing on the apples of his cheeks.

"That's... Uhm, good.." Giyuu didn't know how to respond. He wished Nico would walk away and go with someone else, it is quite an immature thought — though, the socially awkward ravenette definitely did not like speaking. Not too much, that is.

The only person he'd like to stay with is himself. That is all.

But something about that made Tomioka dither.
Perhaps, that statement wasn't entirely veracious.

For some reason, Tomioka Giyuu felt a warmth with his friend: Sabito. Perchance, it could be because they've been close friends before. Or is it something else?

Intimacy, mayhap?
Giyuu gulped. Of course not, that would be preposterous.

Nico hummed in response to the awkward mumble that escaped the older Ravenette's mouth.

Sabito and Giyuu had a small chat, sitting on the dusty floors of Sukima's now abandoned house.

"I, hate to admit it —" A younger voice started, which made both men look at who it belonged to.
"I am cold." He blankly stated.
