Chapter 18

Hinata's P.O.V

After a few day's in the hospital for examination I was discharged. I got home and mum insisted I stay with her or Natsu. I did as she asked knowing why she wanted me there with one of them rather than alone in my room. I hadn't told mum the whole story of that night, more specifically the part about Kageyama, but she knew about the death threats and the bullying now. Mum was currently out while Natsu and I were home. The two of us were in the lounge room painting each others nails. She wanted her nails done but also wanted to practice and I didn't mind. As I finished painting her nails, each nail a different colour, she looked at them in awe. "I LOVE THEM SHOYO!" she yelled excitedly and I smiled at her.

"Well I'm glad you like them," I said and she smiled before looking at the colours.

"So what colour do you want?" she asked me as she examined the colours.

"I'm not sure, what colour do you think I should do?" I asked looking at her. She thought for a second before lighting up when her eyes landed on the green. She grabbed it and smiled.

"This one! And I have a stencil with little dinosaurs!!" she said excitedly and I laughed.

"Alright then, green with dinosaurs it is," I smiled.

After Natsu was finished painting my nails I looked at her work. I stared in amazement at the work she had done. "Natsu, these are amazing!" I said before hugging her. She hugged me back and we stayed like that for a bit. After a short while I pulled away and looked at her. "Wanna watch a movie while we wait for mum to get home?" I asked. She nodded and we got pillows and blankets and got on the couch before putting on a movie.

I hadn't realised it but while watching the movie Natsu and I fell asleep. It was late so I got Natsu and carried her to bed tucking her in. As I was coming back out to the lounge room I heard a knock on the door. I went to it and saw none other than Kageyama. I felt like crying on the spot as my breathing hitched and my blood went cold. I tried closing the door but he put his foot in the way. "Well that's no way to treat you're boyfriend," he said.

"You aren't...my boyfriend..." I said reaching into my pocket, my hands gripping a panic button Kei had gotten me for a situation exactly like this. As Kageyama entered the house I pressed the button to alert Kei.
